    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Thanks for adding that Allison. I took screen shots of that too but mine have to be divided up into about 4-5 images. LOL!

This guy just smells of scam all over and I had to bring it to light.

Yep Jen did a Great Job catching this scammer quick, everyone should give her Karma points ( I did :)).
It appears all of the Nick Hall's, sn8kecowboy84, Hoobly ads I linked to "are no longer available".
Do you think he sold all of them last night?:rolleyes:

yep i hit her up with some too, a great job in a very small amount of time!!!

seems she drove that cowboy off into the sunset... YEE HAA :thumbsup:

Actually, the guy is sending all the wrong signals for being legit.

I doubt a legitimate concern in this situation would have gone into their profile and changed their email address to this:

Obviously I edited a couple of letters.

And maybe not as obvious is that once he changed his email address to something obviously bogus, he locked himself out of being able to post on this site any longer. Right now he is in limbo until he verifies the email sent to that new email address. Now, this is rather humorous because certainly that new email address is bogus (meaning he will NEVER get the verification email sent), and he can now no longer edit his profile to change back his email to something legit while he is in limbo. Sooo he quite simply just ushered himself right out of the door into a PERMANENT limbo.

That would explain why his named turned green. I don't think anyone ever said that scammers were the brightest people in the world. lol

Interestingly enough, I inquired about some of this guys ETBs he had up yesterday. By the time I got to my email this morning (his original emails got caught in Spam) I had received a second reply at 7:52 PM that they were all sold, 40-45 of them!

Rich, I think that is HILARIOUS. I love the e-mail too, that is just classic.

I appreciate the good karma guys, thank you. I do think that anyone that would have taken a few moments to read over that price list and then look around, finding out that he has no BOI threads, no trader ratings, no website, and has never been heard of before, would have come to the same conclusion that I did. It was way too sketchy to ignore. Any time an entirely unknown person shows up selling some really high-dollar stuff in mass quantities, it makes me go "Hmmmm...wait a minute..."
 
Thank you Jen for running him out of here:thumbsup: I don't post much on here, but I do look around to buy, and just had to find out about these new animals that suddenly popped up on the market. Guess one never knows....

You would think that everyone would catch on, but these guys prey on newbies those that just don't do a lot of online transactions. Someone new might have thought it to be a legit business. For this reason, I am very glad that you "outted" him so quickly. That's awesome! :thumbsup:

Jen, if you have the Fire Fox web browser, you can install one of the add on's called "Screen Grab". It can take a picture of the whole page you have open. It is a nifty little tool to have around.

Wish I had seen this thread two weeks ago, or six months ago would have been better. I have an idea where he would be getting these animals (if he really has them to sell). I know another person he deals with that sells some high end animals and large quanitities of reptiles in general. I did a search on both of these people and Nick is the only one that came up. I recently had a very upsetting situation come from a deal with him and it was posted all over facebook. Once I threatened to expose both of them the posts were removed. If an Admin would like to contact me I will be happy to explain.
