So here's a question. If they were purchased as a group to resell, why are they still listed for sale on the CV site? And inquiries there say the animals are still available?

This was never responded to. Hmm, you must've missed it somehow. Several of the animals you have in your ads are still listed as for sale on the CV website and when inquiries are made they say those animals are available. So you either lied about buying them and are just selling his stuff for him, or you're selling them in partnership (which is kinda the same thing), or..?

Post 146-radiant Dragons: i bought most of scotts babies the thurs. before he went to jail and took some breeders that i had in with a project with scott. the snakes im posting i bought with the package he offered me ... im selling what i dont need if i dont sell them then i will raise them for future purposes . this was a package deal i couldnt refuse .

Post 152 Dave Yager: Funny you can come up with all that money to buy those snakes from Scott. But, I held a $150 snake for you for 2 weeks and you didn't even have the courtesy to tell me you didn't want it after I held it for you.

I think post 152 shows radiant Dragons as not quite the kind of customer that anyone wants..it remains to be seen if he's a business man as he seems to be beginning to claim he is.

I've emailed Kevin @ NERD twice to see if we can come to some type of resolve in the het caramels not proving out. I'd like to come to some type of agreement if at all possible without going into a long winded BOI post.

Aside from that I've also been getting all of my ducks in a row so that if I'm forced to post in the BOI that I have everything possible (invoice, CITES, breeding results...etc). I want to formulate a BOI post that answers everyones questions before they even ask them

Also, I've been talking to others who's hets from Kevin hasn't proven out either so I'm making sure I have contacted all of those people as well to post if I cannot get anyone with Kevin. It helps when you have respectable people in the hobby back you up with "that happend to me as well and here is my story".

I'll definately let everyone know what happens. But, at this point with Kevin ignoring my emails (over the last few years) I doubt I'll have any other choice but to post my results here.

At this point, it's starting to look as if Mr. Wood's more concerned with getting his own money back than helping the rest of the community by alerting us to fake hets. I really wanted to know... I have my own hets that I am attempting to prove out this year (fingers crossed).

I am not going to wait years and years to determine if I have been screwed or not...it doesn't take ME that long to connect the dots.

For what it's worth, Corey's contributor level on Fauna is "registered user" so he couldn't leave you bad karma even if he wanted too...

I fully understand he got burnt by nerd on some hets but that has nothing to do with the fact that cv was convicted of buying stolen property or that radiant dragon is now selling his animals. He should have started his own BOI a long time ago about his situation it doues not show any intent on nerds part in these circumstances its not like nerd new when corey bought the snakes that they had been switched out by an employee at most he is owed two caramel albinos.IMO
