    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The Steel City Reptile Expo is excited to be your premier show in the Pittsburgh, PA area. We will be kicking off the 2011 show season with our Jan 29th show. With all of our new advertising campaigns im sure this is going to be a great show. As most of you know we have been airing our new commercial on multiple channels such as animal planet, Fox, Spike, Comedy Central etc..

We have been getting a lot of calls about the show and we are sure this is one you wont want to miss. So come on down to the Washington County Fairgrounds on Jan 29th 9AM-4PM And dont forget with every paid admission you receive a chance to win our albino ball python giveaway.

If you want to visit a reptile show unlike any other reptile show in the western PA area this is the show for you. Twice as many quality vendors as any other show in western PA will be on hand to answer all of you reptile related questions.

Reddog Reptiles will be there and looking forward to moving back to the first building. I hope all my past customers will be attending, it should be a great show! These guys are pulling out all the stops on advertising and making sure all the folks with cabin fever are aware of the show and hopefully pull great attendance numbers! Let's hear it for H-n-R Block, Jackson Hewitt, and anyone else who gets them tax dollars out of the governments hands and back into the people who want to buy some snakes!!!
 
Well we are just a few days away and it looks like we should have some nice weather for the show. We look forward to seeing everyone this Sat the 29th for the Steel City Reptile Expo.
We are doing some promotions with the members of our text club so we are encouraging everyone to sign up. You will receive a text for 2.00 off admission and we are also running some contest for some great prizes at the show.

Text the word REPTILE to 46786 for discounts. Just to let you know it is free to sign up. Its just like regular text if you have unlimited texting then its free.

So who all is planning on attending the show?
 
I will be there with a nice selection of frogs.

Good to hear the weather is shaping up. Anything is better than the single digits.

I also am excited about the move back into the first building.

Now if turbo tax would just get on the ball and get my refund back to me :-(
 
These guys have been doing a bunch of advertising and dumping a boat load into it!! When was the last time you saw a vendor advertising on TV?? It should be a great show with a big crowd! I'm excited.

How have I missed the commercials........:shrug01:

I hope it is as big of a turnout if not bigger than the first show.
 
They've been running on fox and comcast...you usually just watch the porn channels, so it's no wonder you missed them!!

The Commercials are currently running on Fox 53 and WPMY which is Fox 53's sister station. They are running in their full market to the entire Pittsburgh area Morgantown WV etc. We are also running on Animal planet through Comcast full market and also on Spike and Comedy Central through Comcast. If you get WPMY which airs Simpsons, Family Guy etc. we are actually on like 5 or 6 times tonight on Family Guy and Simpsons between the 6:00-8:00. Fox 53 will actually be at the Jan 29th show shooting some live footage of the show for future commercials. We look forward to seeing everyone at the show.

I guess I get to watch family guy tonight. I was watching the UFC marathon on Spike yesterday but I guess I did leave the room every time a commercail came on. :shrug01:

Our cable switched from Fox 53 to Fox Ohio Valley.... :(

We don't even get KDKA anymore which is a big bummer during football season. I need to pull out the TV converter for the laptop and get it from the over air broadcast.

I do watch comedy central quite a bit some maybe I'll get to see it tonight. But I guess it doesn't matter if I see it.... Just as long as a whole butt load of other people do.....:thumbsup:
 
Well tomorrow is the day of the big show. I hope everyone is excited to come out and have a great time at the fairgrounds. Ben and I was there last night doing the table layout and I think it it turned out great. We still have room for a couple more tables if need be so if there are any vendors that were thinking about doing the show give me a call. (724)980-9911

We are getting a lot of good feedback about the show and it looks like a lot of new faces will sure to be there. We are expecting a great turn out. See everyone tomorrow
 
Well the total count through the door was 1476 people. The show was pretty much packed the whole day and we had a lot of the vendors telling us they had a great show. We had a great time seeing everyone and we would like to thank all of our vendors and patrons for all the support. Thanks again everyone
