Hey everyone this is Brenda with dragons and tails. I wanted to let everybody know, that I've had my baby, shes now 2 months old and I plan on going back to work in a couple of months time. When I go back to work I'm going to refund the money back to the couple, plus compensation for making then wait so long. I didn't have the extra cash throughout my pregnancy to refund her. I feel extremely bad about this and i apologize to the couple and everyone else, sincerely! As for all the commotion about poorly packaging, this is untrue, I found pictures on my last cell phone with date with the 4 dragons packaged, my father is experienced with this and he took pictures of dragons in the packaging. I take great care of my dragons, feed them variety of salads, crickets daily and dubias. Those who have purchased from me know of this and I know they were defending this. I no longer have any dragons but we are planning on building a separate shed, specially made for the dragons, with stackable enclosures and all, and breeding our own insects. I will take pictures to post of their housing. we plan on future breeding, and when this time comes, if she is interested, I will also send her out four healthy baby dragons plus her full refund. Just wanted to announce myself, and apologize to them and everyone else. I would appreciate if those can hear me out and appreciate the fact that I didnt just dissapear but came back to announce myself and resolve the issue. So instead of putting all this on the bad guy thread started about you, you just trot out a good guy thread about yourself saying that la, la, la everything is all good now?

And you plan on giving a refund but you haven't done it yet. (And you say it is at least a couple months down the line) And you plan on doing all this other stuff but it too has not been done yet,

It doesn't work that way. It might in fact be worth a shout out for the buyer to announce a full refund has been given to her, but not for you to come on here and just say that sometime in the future you might get around to making good.

Go have yourself a little nap, it must be really hard to stretch and pat yourself on the back that way

The appropriate place to post this would have been in the original thread. Maybe a mod can merge them together.

I don't even think its ethical for someone to post a good guy about themselves! I thought Good guy posts were for people to tell others about their transactions, not about their businesses.

Lucille is right on the dot with her entire post. Coming and posting a new post on the BOI is just a butt-pat for you. If you were serious you could have just called or PM'd your customers to let them know personally.

Hum, you wrote a nice g.g. thread about yourself. You should try squaring this problem away with your customers instead of patting yourself on your back for a idea. That you should have resolved along time ago... Spend more time with your kid and less time with this hobby. It May be the best route for you and this hobby.

We're all happy that you think you're doing good business; but there's no reason to post a thread in your own name to say you are going to fix things with somebody that disagreed. Besides, doing it this way doesn't help anybody reading the other thread...those people will think you never stepped up and took care of things.
