    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If you're not directly involved PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF SANITY stop stop stop posting opinions and extemperaneous comments that are not strickly FACTS !!!!

The idea of this board is to make it easy for people to find out the facts of bad situations, unfortunately all this post has done was hurt the reputations of many people that had nothing to do with this situation, not to mention what it has done for the people directly involved whether or not they are at fault.

PLEASE JUST LET THE FACTS COME OUT

If he ruins his reputation along the way well that is his fault for dragging this on. I'm pretty sure there are more interesting topic peopel can post. I did contact Dale to let him know about the IBD...I don't know who it came from...I only had the snake for two weeks before the death!!!
The only reason I posted Dale's name is because Cagle said he would give me a full refund and vet. bills if I posted the truth...which was I talked to Dale and he did say that the snakes I bought came from him....so after the post Cagle never pay-paled me like he said...but he posted I was a lier and a thief on KS forum, that's all I heard from him until Tuesday he called wanting a copy of the vet report he never paid for, he needed it for his Lawyer and he wanted to let me know I may need to go to court in his defense!!!
 So anyway...Bill if your reading this don't call my house...I'm very busy and don't have time to talk about some crap that has nothing to do with the sick snakes you sold me. If you need to contact me send me a email please and I'll give you my lawyer's number and if you want the report you need to buy it just like I did!!!
 Oh yes one more thing in some post you said I was a 15 year old kid....if I'm 15 then your askng a minor to come to court!!! So what I can remember is that I'm a 15 year old Lier and thief wanting something for free!!! If you talk to anybody else I bought from they would tell you they had no problem with me!!!
 
WHOA!!!!  ok lol chris i wish you were 15 then Bill would be SCREWED because atleast in the 50 US states hed hafa pay ya back for everything because legally he couldnt have sold ya anything LOL .. but thats all hypotheatical based on if you were 15  ..
 
i just want to say that i feel badly for all people involved in this situation.  although i cant condone all the blaming, pointing fingers, and general exploding--i understand the frustration.  we all realize that Bill posted this out of complete frustration.  Imagine, you've worked hard at a business, made a good name for yourself, and then all of the sudden, without warning or really any good way to prevent it (since you cant see the signs)--BOOM your business is potentially ruined by one animal that goes through your facility.  SCAREY! You'd be going crazy too! Sounds like neither Bill nor Dale had any ill will, bad intentions, or even knowledge that this would happen.  now i cant say i like how things were handled afterward--all of the running around to save face really did more damage to both businesses.  
probably the best thing to do is to take a break, no posts or threads, no lawyers, etc...accept that this is a terrible thing that happened, concentrate on the health of the other animals, everyone potentially involved use top knotch quarentine procedures, and hopefully everyone's business can be back to normal after awhile.  the longer this goes on, the more permanent the damage becomes.  and if everyone could try to sympathize/empathize and take it easy.
What a scarey thing to happen for both Bill and Dale, and all snake buyers out there.

required when I registered on this site!..and if this is your site, do you have to be that rude IF I made a mistake!?...which I did not!!! Why in the world would I want my full name posted with my/any ad!!!...so its your site that posted my name from my registration, which as I said was required when I registered!!!!...but I quess theres no chance that your site messed up!!!-Charlie-ps-or you can call me and explain why you needed my full name when I registered and now your site is posting my full name on my ad and your pulling it!!!???(805) 405-5833...somehow I doubt I'll get an adult calling with any normal communication to the fact!-Charlie
