    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i have to go clean cages. i would love to stay and continue this but i have mite infested snakes to not properly care. you know the messed up thing is im still going to give this guy a new snake. i shouldnt for what he has done and said about me but i will. from now on all snakes i sell with mite will have an extra $10 fee. im not just giving them away anymore.
 
Colorwise the snake looks amazing postshed, but his cloacal area still looked sore. I had to assist him with his shed because 4 days after he got his eyecaps off he couldnt get the rest. It was a bad shed and his humidity was good and he had soaked for four days prior due to mites.
 
humidity can be perfect and water available and rough things to rub on, but if the animal is stressed out, they can have horrible sheds.

what is his enclosure. if you dont, you may wanna keep him in a tub situation.

hopefully, it sounds like there is some headway makin goin on.

i hope everything turns out for the best for everyone involved, especially the snake. thats most important
 
Nice youtube video proving nothing anybody can call someone on the phone and say there some one else. If hes really your brother (that looks exactly like you) why not have him standing next to you in the video, and telling every one to F off is classy. maybe you should stick to pit bulls tough guy. I would gladly buy a snake from Rodney as he has a good rep other than this post that shouldn't have been posted in the first place. Please don't buy anymore snakes as I doubt you care for them properly

If you want to assume I domt care for my snakes properly then what are you saying about your buddy rodney who overfeeds to the point of rectal prolapse and sells snakes with mites? If youre going to chime in for your pal all fanboi style try not to insult him while you insult me, its counterproductive to your illogical cause.
 
im trying to understand what the true point of this thread still going is !!!

seems to me, rodney said he will give him a new snake (should the op want it). obviously we will have to wait and see if/how that happens. but there needs to be some time to let them work it out (however its gonna work out). so, from this thread and immediate boi result at hand, it is resolved (or in a state for resolvement)

this thread should die down for a bit to let whatever is/may happen, happen. then in a few days or whatever, we should either get a voluntary update from rodney or rob, or one of us not involved should bump this to the top and inquire.

but for now, anything else added to this will just be unneeded
 
Other than a pic of a rectal prolapse, which has been posted, where are pics/evidence of mites?

If you handled the snake, at the show and saw no signs of mites, how can you 100% be sure they came from Rodney?

This is 13 pages of useless crap, when things were settled before this all took place.

Let me give you a good piece of advice, Rob...stay as far away from Angel/Jesus as you can. They're the same person, everyone knows it and at the first sign of trouble, Angel will proclaim that he's gotten a snake from you, that has mites. Everyone in this industry knows he's a complete joke and I don't know a single person who has one iota of respect for him. Be very very wary of him, sir.

If Rodney is still agreeing to replace the snake, then what's the problem? With the way you've acted and the way you've let Angel/Jesus put words in your mouth, Rodney is showing he's a standup guy, by still trying to remedy this situation.

If you choose not to have another replacement, maybe you guys can work something out by splitting the vet bills...just a suggestion.

And, just to make this clear...I'm not taking sides, I'm not defending anyone, I have never done business with Rodney and I fully prepare for Angel/Jesus to start his mite attacks on me. Just watch and see what happens, Rob...you'll see what I mean.

Hope this all gets worked out and both parties are mutually happy.
 
I have never bought anything from Rodney and I probably wont because I get my retics from Greg Bryant. I wasn't trying to boost Rodney by any means nor is he my buddy but you sir are childish and like to call everyone names. therefor I felt the need to put in my 2 cents since you told me to F off in a worthless youtube video of yourself talking to someone on the phone. good one next time post something worth watching. you bought a snake with mites and a history of prolapse so what does that say about you? mites happen there part of the trade and there not that hard to get rid of stop crying about the mites!! same goes for the prolapse that you knew about before you bought the snake. maybe next time you will wait to find a snake without any know problems.

LMAO, people don't like me because I speak out against people doing wrong. There is not ONE person that I have ever done any kind of deal with that can speak bad about our deals. My brother or I have NEVER sent anyone a mite infested or sick animal ever. I have done trades with Greg Bryant of The Retic Ranch, and it all went smoothly. We've done deals with Matt Miller for snakes and feeders, and they all went great. Matt has sold snakes for almost $2,000 and given them to us with only 250-300 bucks in his hands. The payments for those snakes were made on time and in full. We have never burnt anyone for anything we've owe and we will continue to make good on all our promises and dealings, as we have been doing since we started keeping snakes. If someone sells a mite infested or sick animal to anyone, this community has a right to know and judge for themselves if they want to deal with that person/breeder. Keeping transactions like this is the dark and handling them behind closed doors is how scammers and people who don't give a crap about the hobby are allowed to keep operating. Andy, you can say whatever you want about me or my brother, but we both know the truth. And it was proven with a vet report as well as a PM on here from your "friend" who stated that the snake you was keeping for him and then sent to him was also infested with mites. And christianson55, if you took offense to my video........ Who cares, as it's content was not meant for you....If the shoe fits wear it. I also don't just up and call anyone a racist, but when you start to call me a mexican bean dip or any other racial remark, you're a racist in my book. I also challange anyone on here to find one person, just one, that has ever recieved a sick snake or was ever scammed out of money by me or my brother.....:shrug01:

This response of yours seems to be confusing and mixing two parties, both myself and Tigger. Setting aside your inability to formulate comprehensible statements, mites are not a part of the trade. The two issues with this animal were downplayed and outright not mentioned. I say downplayed because a visibly sore cloaca is not indicative of a "two month old" prolapse (caused by overfeeding). Both of the problems occurred due to negligence on part of the breeder, and this is why it was brought to the attention of the BOI.

At the time of this purchase I had exactly one other snake, who doesn't have any mites- simple as that.

The very day that retic came home with me he went in his water dish and sat there for 96 hours. He went right back in the water on his own after I handled him. We can also consider the fact that his cage was brand spanking new. The mites coming from anywhere other than Rodney would be an excersise in impossibility.

I understand this is mainly for wild caught animals but not always. also if you take animals to shows and someone there has mites there's a good chance they will spread. I guess my problem is with Tigger and I'm a racist too though I don't recall calling him a "Mexican bean dip" if the shoe fits. anyway good luck with your retic.

First off, you keep involving yourself in my comments when they aren't even about you. Noone said that you called me anything. Secondly, mites are not a part of this business, and to even say so is stupid and a lame exscues to defend poor keeping and quarintine. Selling someone a snake with mites should never be a "part" of the business. It is up to the breeder to make sure than every animal he/she sends out is healthy, eating, and parasite free. And in the words of King Charles Barkley from the old deodorent commercial, " Anything less, is uncivilized"
 
The mite issue, i do agree that Rodney should have said something about. The prolapsed booty, he however did notify you of. And he did state it happend, however two months prior he did atleast notify you. I feel this thread was useless and someone attempting to bash him. Both parties agreed in those paragraphs on FB. Lastley, i didnt read all 14 pages but has Rodney been notified of this thread? so maybe he can shed some light? has the animal been taken to the vet? best wishes to the animal.
 
Also, the person bashing Rodney about the "right out of the egg sale" issue, some breeders sell the animals this way to move them out much faster and dont have to feed them. Do i agree with this practice? No i dont, however when a breeder does that, generally speaking your purchasing the animal at a lower price and should be aware of the possible issues that come along with it. Hopefully the issue gets resolved between you two.

thats uncalled for about the pitbulls lol i have pitbulls and am an avid enthusiast they get a bad enough rep and dont need any negativity lol. but i agree the video really doesnt prove much over the phone i could make a video and call a girl and have her say shes playboys miss march and im her man. no way to prove it.

and on one last thing you were at a reptile expo and bought a snake well EVERYONE knows there is a higher chance of mites at expos and shows then anywhere else. whats saying you didnt get mites while walking around the show and then transfering them around or that the snake didnt get them while out on a table if a neighboring vendor had mites or someone brought in a snake to sell or trade to a vendor that had mites. alot ways got to be looked at here. sorry for stirring this up again.
