    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yes I had been sick and I lost three grandparrents withen a few months of each other at that time,Regarding shipping to Mark, his order just slipped through the cracks but that is corrected now.
I do not feel the need to defend myself against false alligations
I have always taken care of my business and my customers for over thirty years, period.
I look foward to doing business with serious customers in the future.

What false allegations are you referring to? Did it or did it not take you the better part of two years to ship the customer's order?

If this is your idea of taking care of your customers, you are definitely working with a unique definition of customer service

yes, he has taken much longer than 1.5 years to send people their turtles, he owes many people thousands of dollars. he also sells animals he doesn't have, like the albino turtles he offers...they don't even belong to him. He's also very good with excuses. Mark, were your turtles shipped in extremely poor conditions with turtles all dried up in flimsy containers?

Please share any transaction experience(s) you've had with Mr. Gugliotta. Please know I am not defending him; I just would like to hear about your own experience.

Wait.....who are you? You aren't the OP, the accused, or any of the compaintants......how can you say that he's cleared everything up? It looks like you had a good transaction, he asked you to join Fauna and help him out. Am I wrong?

You were just using your other account two days ago. I suggest you continue using it. We no longer accept multiple registrations from the same user. There is a process if you want to change your user name. Simply creating another isn't acceptable. I will be closing this account as a duplicate.

You received your shipment September 2011.

It took two years to go from Birmingham, Alabama to Hewitt Texas. 734 miles

That would be about 2.0109 miles per day. I think it the turtles can do it. They must be pretty tired after all that walking to your place though.

I guess my definition of "no problems" differs from yours.
 
Hello all. I did finally get all turtles from Michael. Took a while but I got them. I'm going to state my position and opinion of what has happened in a factual manner ... take it or leave it.

Got the 5 hatchlings late last year and the pair this year.

Just to clarify my point of view on this situation, I'm now pleased with the FINAL transaction since I got my 5 turtles (1 yr and 7 months later) plus a free pair. Michael has called me to explain himself and to make sure the to shipments I got this year arrived and that I'm satisfied.

I feel that Michael went above and beyond to help smooth out this by sending me a free pair. I'm not trying to "sell" Michael or Reptilemania to anyone but I feel that I needed to tell the final portion of this strange adventure.

PS: This website is notorious for "bad mouthing" people and I'm not going to add to that so this is my final post on this topic. I consider this topic finished. I hope that this post will provide factual information about this 2 year transaction. Thanks for everyones input and good luck with y'alls reptiles.

Now that you have what YOU want, it appears that you are pleased to throw any new people under the bus, first by downing the site that helped YOU.

Micheal didn't do anything good, but send you what you were owed and a bit more to make up for his apparent lack of good business sense (after a period of time). He doesn't deserve the opportunity to try and flake on someone else when there are so many more reliable breeders to purchase from.

So you saying that he went "above and beyond" is not quite accurate. But buyers WILL make up their own minds based on this post and sellers, too.:yesnod:

It took you almost 2 years to get your animals..... then you say the guy went above and beyond.

You complain about this site........... but yet you are here using its services.

Is there something wrong here? Am I missing something?
If the sex is that bad...... quit going back for more and quit complaining about it.
