You've said that you sent e-mails (at least one, but I believe you mentioned multiples) asking for confirmation on your buyer being at home. They aren't listed here so either you lied, or they were just never provided. You were certainly asked to present them on multiple occasions.

In all of this fiasco of a mess and your wanting this thread to die Hank I still would like to see the above mentioned email(s).

Yes you made poor judgement decisions, and you'll have to deal with the repercussions of such (if there are any) but, to me, it still doesn't absolve you of the one fact that you've yet to prove that you did attempt to contact the OP regarding shipping.

So where is that proof??????

Yes I know that the OP has been found to be potentially attempting to scam people etc etc but ...................... yeah. I would like to see the emails.

The money was refunded. End of story! I will dig up the email I sent at the same time the email was sent from paypal to confirm the shipping was started. I believe it has been shown someone where in this mess of a thread. I am not a breeder or plan on being a breeder. I am a collector who does do a few trades and sales here and there. I will keep my name intact in the community I am in. I am not trying to come of a stand offish but this thread and situation has been frustrating to me. I was not perfect but in the same breath I didn't do anything wrong except not refund in the day I was expected too. I took my time. That was just about frustration not shaddy buisness.

Part of the problem is that the money was not refunded BY YOU. PayPal reviewed the case, and found in Elronza's favor - whether you consider yourself a business, or not, that counts as a strike against you at PayPal. It's a good thing you plan on keeping your name intact in the community you are in, because you're not doing very well at that in the eye's of many here.

As I stated before, I DO understand your frustration with this situation; however, business can NOT be run by emotions. If I let that happen with my company that I started in March '04, I would not have made it through my first year! happens. Deal with it and move on. For now, many of us are still waiting for proof of the e-mails that you said you sent.

You (and your brother, you claimed then) were involved in the very same kind of deal .. Brian's link .. you sold a snake and then didn't ship. You were burmguy420 and DeansReptiles back then - and you took for-freakin-ever to refund the buyers. You also kept talking about your brother being your partner, but he never did post on that thread, if I recall.

Now there's a brand new transaction ... same crap. And now it's "Hank Boyles" and your wife making the deal.

Cause even though you do have a brother named Hank, it seems more logical and believable that you would have done the deal with your wife and purposely misspelled the last name on yet another user account here.

Back when you were doing business as "Dean's Reptiles", you had a buyer named Ashley Caspillo who, most unfortunately, found herself with a nasty case of IBD in her collection. Then there's just this little thing ... James and Hank both like the word shady, but neither know how to spell it correctly even though, for the most part, they are both fairly articulate.

Note that in 2009, James said his wife had nothing to do with "any of this", yet even then (as now) the PayPal account is in her name ... but Hank "Boyles" is conducting business with her now.
