    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy DEAD SNAKES from Kevin South of The Constrictors Labrynth

Yes Nick...please enlighten us. I don't want to go look through the old posts, but I remember clearly that you had e-mailed Kevin stating that "you were going to sell the other sick snake to someone", indicating that you knew it was sick before making a sale.

You contradict yourself constantly and cannot keep up with your own stories. Kevin sold you sick snakes, he refunded, or offered to refund you. Not much else he can do at this point. You keep rambling on making your own case look worse. Very unprofessional, very unethical, and all in all not a person worth dealing with, IMO.

Also, what of your decision to sell the other snake - the one you complained about? I'm sure I was misunderstanding that as well, because you certainly wouldn't sell an underweight animal that didn't meet your own high expectations...am I right? Could you explain that to me, too, please; so I, wait - so WE -can have the truth about that?

(I didn't do the quotes for this one because I'm working from my phone, and its just too tedious to put it all together)
 
One thing that keeps popping into my mind about you Nick. You got into herps as a 'get rich quick scheme'. You saw an easy way to try and flip some animals to make maximum profit with little investment.

The majority of us has paid our dues. We started off as a hobby keeper, then a breeder, then a seller. We gained experience along the way. You bypassed everything just to make a buck so dont start playing the victim about.... I didn't know. In that aspect... you have no one to blame but yourself.

If Kevin sent you a sick snake, then he should be held accountable. BUT you went and sold a snake from the same shipment. In most folks opinion... that makes you worse than him. You got in a sick animal and flipped it as fast as you could so you wouldn't have to deal with it.

He was just fallowing the "responsible flippers handbook".

It say on chapter 3, section 2, that if you do get a sick animal to "dump it" so the vet bills don't cut into your profit. :rolleyes:

I'm taking this (bolded) as, you are not sure if you made a mistake by selling the snake that YOU said was "very thin", and the YOU pulled from the same bag as a snake with "snot coming out of it's head"?? Let me help...that was a BIG mistake!! And how, may I ask, are you going to fix the problem with your buyer now that it has been pointed out that you were disgustingly in the wrong for this sale??

Please keep in mind, no one is going to believe your answer unless you produce this (at this time) fictitious customer. Do they (the lovely young couple) have any idea about how this snake came to you??

You knew he was sick... but you were still going to try and sell him. You're not a professional... you're nothing more than a greedy flipper. I will prolly catch some flack for this... but oh well.

Ya know.... eventually karma comes around and bites you in the butt.... and you just got bit from all your past transgressions.
 
Of coarse they know where it came from. He didnt want to take the blame for himself. They probally are new to the hobby and don't know that flipping is bad.
 
Thanks Kevin and Dennis...that was the post I was talking about. Maybe Nick's standards are held up by "degree of sickness". If a snake dies in his possession, it is obviously too sick for him to sell. I really am disturbed by his level of carelessness, disrespect, and dishonesty...especially since he always handles his business so professionally.

Seriously, I think it's more than that. I do believe that there are some psychiatric problems here.

He enters this hobby in order to have something to do with his kids. He has taught them bad ethics, poor care for snakes.

If it is even true that his kids work with him. Kids can do stuff on the computer in a flat second, and he is trying to have us beieve that he has a vet report but can't get it posted even with kids in the house, step by step instructions on this very thread.

In addition, a look at his other threads will show that he is more than a mere attention ho, he really goes off the deep end in some of those posts.
I think he might need professional help, and I feel sorry for his family.
 
Nicholas, what have you received from Kevin so far. Please just a short to the point answer like this.

I rec'd this much money $ and this many # of replacement snakes.

You say you do not sell sick snakes. But yet you sold a snake that you thought could possibly be sick to a young nice and unsuspecting couple. You even said so in your e-mail.

Also you say that two snakes died of IBD. Then you say you have the reports. Then where are both reports? We want to see two of them.

Also why are you saying a test needs to be done..... and then the very next day say that it showed IBD? I was once a lab tech with a little experience in histotechnology. It would take a couple weeks to have those tests done.

You say you use proper quarantine procedures.... then why are you trying to ship a snake out that you suspect has IBD and then reply all over the classifieds that you want to take in even more snakes.

Think long and hard. You have provided yourself enough rope. You are now hanging yourself. It seems you can't open your mouth (type on keyboard) without telling a lie.

Think long and hard. Go write down the lies you have told. Get them in order. Highlight the ones you really like. Back up the lies you have told with little more subtle lies that are easier to believe. Go find a fake vet report. Put your name in it and your animals name in. Convince yourself that we are too dumb to figure anything out. Then post it for all too see.

if you are to busy pretending that you don't know how to attach something. Then send it out to anyone of these fine folk. Go ahead and send it to Kevin. After all you threatened him with it.

And just in case you have not figured it out yet. People are on to you. YOu think they want you to post that stuff to help your story? No, they are already on to you. They know the report does not exist. They just want you to post something so they can laugh at you even more. Why don't you prove them wrong and post the real vet report. This way it is YOU.... who gets to laugh at them. Go for it big boy:thumbsup:
 
Slightly off topic but it has been mentioned many times that nick is a greedy flipper. Well I agree that in his case he is amongst the lowest levels of flippers and I agree that he is just looking to make money. But by constantly referring to flipping snakes as a bad and atrocious activity is misleading and not fair. If aomeone is willing to purchase others snakes or acquire imports and undertake the necassary steps to ensure the health and safety of the snakes/animals before putting them up for sale then there is absolutely nothomg wrong with that. It just irritates me that continuously the word flipper is used to refer to nad people when that is not always the case. Todd Becker
 
Ritchie.... a real vet report would cost money. He has already shown that unless he can make fast cash... he's not going to do it. Why would he actually do something that would cost him money.
