Nicholas, what have you received from Kevin so far. Please just a short to the point answer like this.
I rec'd this much money $ and this many # of replacement snakes.
First, I had full disclosure of all the animals with pictures and explainations about them. I had told Nicholas about the "wheezing". I am 99.9% positive I did before the sale.
Immediately after the initial receipt and contact. He explained how he was unhappy. You may read it below, and
IT DOESN'T SAY A THING ABOUT DRAINAGE OR MUCUS from the nose. NOR IS HE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SHIPPING METHOD. He claims that in this post and as you can read he continued to try and acquire my snakes for pennies and get more free boas. You can see the condition of the boas from their pictures I posted at the beginning.

Kev - Yes, they did arrive. However, I was trying to reserve comment so I was not sounding unprofessional (because I do indeed appreciate your great communication and service). However,
I have to say Bud, that het Sharp was the skinniest Boa I've ever had in my hands. Not sure its diet, how long you had it, or when it last ate, but he appears to be in not so good health, weight, size, or form. I was surprised at how skinny he was, looks like malnutrition Kev. An 06'? I have snake half his age that are the same size. If you were a local store and I viewed the snake prior to buying, he would not have been purchased. No disrespect, none....but I am unhappy with that part of the purchase. Not sure what else to say, because I do not want to sound as though I'm being rude.
The Poss Super Hypo, really enjoy and like the animal. Pretty colors and once we get it fattened up we have high hopes and plans for this beauty.
The Coral, again, Kev, I was surprised. You had mentioned that your picture was not good so it was not showing the coral, but that tit had coral......I was just NOT expecting that we'd need a magnifying glass to see even the tiniest hints of the pink associated with coral. We have 2 friends, both with true corals a their homes. We know exactly what they are to look like, that is one of the reasons we bought one, because we see them when we get together with our friends to picnic and party.........and ours, sorry to say, is in no way, shape, or form even remotely close to being a true coral. It shows the tiniest of pink scales, the tiniest......but without the use of 'magnification' you and I both know that she is not coral. She's an albino with the slightest touch of pink, again, needing magnification to see. When you told me it was a poor picture and that your snake had coral, I was trusting that your picture was not showing the pink, maybe because of distance from the camera, maybe a poor camera, or whatever.....but I was giving you the benefit of the doubt Buddy.....and I feel, without trying to be rude in any way, taken a bit.
Know that my daughter likes the snake, but at 15, even her first question was, "Why isn't it pink like all the others!?". How's a dad answer that Bud? We're in Denver Reptile Expo every 3 months selling fossilized reptiles, display minerals/crystals, and my daughters Crested Gecko babies......we know precisely what a coral is to look like, precisely, and we know what an albino looks like, and we know what we have in our possession. It's not that the snake is not nice, as well as pretty, it's just tha tit's an albino, not a coral.....so it is not worth what I paid, sadly (very sadly). If you feel we are totally off-base or wrong, I will not argue the point....as that is not my intent. Truly, it is not my intent to argue or insult. You asked if all was OK, so I wanted to respond properly and professionally and let you know what we felt, that's all. I am asking for nothing from you, and if you wish to do anything concerning our unhappiness, that is totally on your merit. You are across the country, so clearly we can't d anything concerning these issues....so we're just out-there, somewhat perplexed and surprised.
Thanks for the good service and follow-up!
Kindly-
Nick
As you can see I am not editing anything. Now, I provided a 60 GUARANTEE ON THE HET BECAUSE I WAS CONFIDENT ABOUT ITS SURVIVAL AND EVEN IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED $50 OF THE $100 PAID BY HIM.
Even though he was provided pictures of the boas before purchase. He complained about the Coral Albino. I gave him FREE 1.1 2010 Jungle PH VPI boas produced by Ruben "The Sharp Man".
ALL OF THIS WAS PROVIDED WITHIN A WEEK OR SO FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF RECEIPT. LONG BEFORE THESE ACCUSATION AROUSE.
AFTER ALL OF THIS HE IS STILL REQUESTING/WANTING MORE FREE BOAS FROM ME.
Whether you agree or disagree about the multiple boas in a single bag is up to you, BUT I was confident that the HET was healthy aside for the OCCASIONAL NOT CONSTANT wheeze. I WAS GOING OFF hear say from the person I traded with, but did not witness any problems during the approximately 2 MONTHS OF QUARANTINE. This boa never got taken out of quarantine and introduced to my collection.
I was confident enough to offer a 60 guarantee on the health of the Het and appease his unhappiness over the Coral with a FREE Pair of boas.
As everyone knows. You have no control over what the reptile is exposed to once it leaves your possession. It doesn't surprise me one bit that snakes get ill in his care. He claims to be a hobbyest, but emails me stating: Feel free to scroll to highlighted part...

Kevin, not sure Man.
Let us view, analyze for just a brief moment.
~The 3 snakes traveled together, in the same bag.
~I mentioned fairly quickly to you that the het Sharp was SO skinny, not eating, and looked ill.
~The above snake, het Sharp, died, and I wrote to offer you a body and or proof.
~You were kind enough to offer me the Pos VPI pair as compensation (appreciated)
~I expressed serious concern about the Pos Super, you in return told me he ate fine and you "kept him thin". I felt assured you were sincere.
~Vet told us that the snake was so close to death, he was surprised it lasted this long, and said he had not eaten if a very very long time. It died
~The post inspection should IBD caused death
~The Coral, weird, tongue will hang, acts so very odd.
~Since Coral traveled with the 2 that died, and is acting weird, maybe we can assume she is ill as well....??
Now, the second snake, dead, IBD, I paid a certain amount, I feel it fair that I receive that refunded so that I can make up at least part of the money spent on trying to save it, and to pay for the IBD report.
Also, the Coral, needs to go......to your place, or somewhere. We both know that if 2 are dead already, and IBD is reported, that the Coral most assuredly will also have IBD.
I am open to suggestions, but the fair thing to do is to refund the cost of the snakes, or have snakes sent to me from someone else, unassociated with your stock, as yours may also now be infected. I'm not sure Kev, I just want it all to go away Bud.......it's simply not fair to us. We paid for healthy snakes, we have 2 dead, and one retard.....if you did not know these snakes were ill, I'm not sure if you spent enough time with them, or you may have noticed they were less than half the weight as they should have been.
I have 2 dead, one which is not well. I spent x-amount, I prefer to have that amount, minus the $125 you've covered with a pair that I also need to dump because of fears they are bad too. Either way, I lost my money, I need help. I'm all ears, and I do not wish to argue....but right is right, and wrong is wrong. I am telling the truth, and I feel you are aware that I am telling the truth.
Also, again, I'd prefer to NOT say you sent out 3 snakes with IBD, but instead, allow you time to cure your stock, and move forward, untainted, good reputation, all this crap behind us. I know this could potential cost me many $1000's Bud, many $1000's!!!!! This is NOT a good day for us over here! Kev, I want to disappear into the sunset, but I will not do so with dead/sick snakes AND empty pockets.......you sent me sick snakes.
Also, for thought, I have had over 250 snakes sent to me over the past year, maybe over 300, and none, none, were shipped together in the same bag or the same Tupperware container, none, never, ever, from nobody, none. You are a seasoned breeders, so it's very odd why you did this......especially when seasoned breeders are suppose to know better. I'm just confused Kev, absolutely confused.
What do I want, let's start with my money refunded....and you can pay for the Coral to be shipped back if you want her. She is sick, you can see it, you can sense it......she is not well, she doesn't move much, and if she continues to live, and since yours snakes were diagnosed with IBD, the Coral cannot stay here. Concerning her, you tell me what to do. Concerning my money, having it refunded would be a start to better relations and putting all of this behind us.
Thank you for listing Kevin, honestly, thank you for listening!
Nick
He has shown he doesn't quarantine his reptiles. Perfectly healthy reptiles could be subjected to anything in those kind of "Turn Around Conditions"
BOTTOMLINE, HE IS STILL WANTING TO GET MORE FREE BOAS FROM ME TO DATE.
