this is serioulsy disgusting 3 day mail is just insane i cannot believe that snake survived.
I just revived snake. She is in BAD condition. It looks like she hasn't eaten in months. The box was COMPLETLY smashed. She isn't moving much. I'm going to take her to a vet ASAP. He did 3 day service too.

If he illegally shipped a snake via the USPS, you might want to contact the Postmaster General. Maybe dealing with the Feds will have more of an impact on him.

Was it the same snake that you shipped him?
Who delivered it (UPS, USPS)?
Did you have to sign for it?
That poor thing! Please take pics and post them! Did you get a video of getting the snake and unpacking it??

In addition to that, under Massachusetts law animal cruelty is a felony. You should seriously consider contacting the city or county animal control agency and/or district attorney's office that has jurisdiction over where he lives.

In November, 2004, animal cruelty, as defined in Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 272, Section 77, became a felony. Violations of this law may result in a sentence of up to 5 years in state prison, or up to 2.5 years in a county jail and/or a fine of up to $2,500.
