    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Every freakin' time I'm on the verge of successfully diminishing my collection to just a few so I can focus more time and money on other pursuits, I see another that I just HAVE to have! And heck, there's space in the racks after all that winnowing! Maybe I could start up a new breeding project...hmmm... :rolleyes:

I'm NEVER going to have another horse if I can't learn to control my snake habit...but they're just so...pretty! ...and fascinating...and I want more and more! :yesnod:

It's the way you are going about it...you're selling off the stuff that falls to the bottom when you jumble them all up in your head and give it a good shake. The best way is to just bite the bullet and sell them all at once (preferably racks and all). Put something else in that spot, and get out and enjoy yourself. It's finally summer!!
(Another option is to sell your best stuff first - with those gone, you'll want to just get rid of the lower ranks and be done with it....the problem is, it's too easy to falter at the moment of truth)
 
Yeah but even if you sell out you'll eventually see something in a pet store, reptile show, or online that will make you fall off the wagon!!! :p
 
You may as well forget getting out! Even if you do it will be temporarily and then when you get back you will be wishing you still had everything you sold. Once you step in this game your sanity and normalcy are done! LOL You are not alone, but I dont think you need anyone to tell you that.
 
I don't know why don't we start the meeting somewhere like BHB or NERD so its that much faster to admit we have a problem when we want EVERYTHING in the store LOL :rofl:
 
I wouldn't have a problem staying away from BPs. It's getting those few that I really like out of my hands that is the problem.
Hmmm....I wonder if I can insert some sort of clause into the purchase agreement that would prohibit buyers from posting pics of those snakes anywhere online. I could handle not having Mine or the keeperbee, as long as I didn't have to see pics (and comments about how wonderful they are) again.

Don't get too anxious, Willow....my recent discussion of selling off the BPs specifically allowed for keeping Mine (and a select few others) here where she belongs
