And yes, quoted profanity is STILL profanity being posted on this site. Otherwise anyone could post whatever profanity they wanted to and simply claim it was a quote from someone else.

I am posting this so you can use caution when dealing. I will not post the 370 text messages and 80+ e-mails from him unless this reall gets out of control by him. I am telling to use caition do to the fact that he has ripped me off by not completing our trade. He never sent my three animals that he owes me for my animals sent in trade. He after all our comunication states that the anmals I sent with breeder signed photo id are not what I said they are and or they did not come from specific breeders even though I have the reciepts and contact information from the breeders.
The main reason I am saying to use caution is because after I told him I was calling the Michagan police on him He sent me a nice text reminding me that he has family here that are part of MS-13. He said they are his wifes family and they begged for my info but they refused for know. He also has his info listed to live in tesas but shipping is to Michagan. I have another fauna member that is also or was trying to business with him until he found the guy lived in michagan when after several hundred emails of living in Texas.
We even have him in 2 seperate emails sytating to me that he was arrest by the Michagan DNR for snake shipping and the same weekend the other member has emails saying that he was arrested by the Texas DNR. Several months ago there was nother issue with another member here is the link

WE do not know if this the same guy for surebut the other member said he got scammed by this one before and he is fonfident it is the same guy.
I emailed one of the moderators of this sight to take action but I got no response. Please use caution I would not want any one in the same situation I am in. I only hope this guy is blowing smoke or I just made it worse.
I have sent several members this guys address and numbe due to the threats and the severity of them. I know also the other member has had many also. They may be empty threats ut I am not tking a risk with the fact of my wife and 2 children.

Actually, I didn't bother - probably should have...but that thought entered my mind as I clicked the Save button with the deletion notice. Once the post was removed, there wasn't much point in hitting him for inappropriate advertising.

As far as the other - despite all his fuss and bluster, Rich is well aware of the site's stance regarding the posting of profanity. In previous (private) communication, he came right out and asked So you're saying that I could get an infraction for every time I say **** on this site?. My answer, obviously, was yes; Guess the idea of being responsible for the content of his posts was lost on him .

The deal changed several times due to him being arrested and him saying his mother passed.

The first deal was his stowell hypo cherry aby jungles for my 2011 anery het snow, 1.1 ghost the female poss het anery, and a coral lipstick jungle albino.

It then changed to his stowell hypo cherry aby jungles for my 2011 anery het snow, 1.0Motley poss het anery and a coral lipstick jungle albino

Then to his stowell hypo cherry aby jungles for my 2011 anery het snow, 0.1 hypo Motley poss het anery and a coral lipstick jungle albino with him adding his sunglow lipstick jungle. I told him this was not required he seemed genuin so Due to what he said he had and the fact he said he was very new I thought I would throw him a bone due to him showing so much interest in the boas. He also had som many question I really thought he waw a good guy and need a foot in with something not seen for sale yet. He said he still wanted the female and male ghost so I told him 140.00 for the fmale and 100.00 for the male.

So I shipped to him. And the rest of mine to me after he got his.

After shipping he claims his mom passed and he was hard up for money. Durint this time it was hard to get ahold of him other then the occasional phone call or text. He finally agreed to ship on 08/25/2011 for 08/26/2011 but my animals never came. After calling and texting he claimed his fried was to take them for him and I would have the info. on tracking once again the never came. That friday is when he and his wife claim he was arrested buy the DNR out of michagan for Shipping issues. After seeing his seaarching the fauna I texted him that I coulsd see him and he needed to contact me or I was calling the athorities. They promised to ship theat monday after he got out on bail. When he got out it was he was made i Threatened the athorrities and it was like calling his wife a liar. I told him to put his self in my shoes. finally I gave him several options to choose from. I will post that email.



The final deal was 1.1 pr hypo motleys het albino 66 het anery (poss het snow) and a 2011 coral lipstick albino jungle. The jungle was produced by Boa master and bought from NJserpants and the mots were produced by Boidea Enterprise out of Virginia. In trade he gave me 2-2010 Super hypo stowell Cherry aby jungles, 2-2011 DH liptick hypos and a what was to be a jungle lipstick sunglow 2011. I got the jungles from him as the first part of the trade but was never sent the second half.

Because I he had all the original animals he had to ship me bac the ghosts the anery and the three he owed me and I would ship another hypo mot poss het snow. He told me that he had nop money just like our first trans so I paid for shipping and made it happen so it could not be drug out any more. Isent and he sent august 30 for the 31st. Only I got the ghost and anery and nothing else. He confirmed that his friend got the mot.

When I texted him he said until I can prove the genetics of the jungle coral lipstick mine would no be sent. And the hypo mots are only worth maybe 400 each so I got what mine were worth and i got the better part of the deal.

I did find that the jungle were not jungles and the male was acherry aby and the female was a pc aby both suppose to be supers. I am waiting from Trey stowell to give me the name of who they were sold to and the definite genetics they were sold for.

The reason so specific was because he felt that we should have equal snakes going out and I have to explain trade value and I let him tell me the value for his animals to make sure we are on the same page.

Yes, I found your PayPal eCheck using the transaction ID. Sorry, but since the name and email address you use here do not match what is on the Paypal transaction, there was no easy way to associate it with your member name on this site by using any search function. I checked the transaction log here on this site as well as all of the email notices I receive of payments and there were NO matches. In any event, I have declined the payment so you are free and clear to exit the stage as you have indicated you desire to do.
