    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I purchased a lavender male crested gecko from Anthony along with a free hatchling (deal they have going on right now). Anthony has been excellent with communication even though he has been very busy lately. The weather has been very hot in MO so shipping had to wait (he waits ship out his reptiles if the weather is not acceptable). I received the geckos today and was very surprised to see he had sent 2 free hatchlings instead of just the one for the wait time. All 3 are absolutely gorgeous and Anthony has gone above and beyond what I expected in customer service. Beautiful geckos and awesome person to do business with! Thank you! :thumbsup:
 
We have bought a number of gecko's and snakes from Anthony. One of the best breeders and sellers in business. You will not be disapointed buying from him. Great guy to work with!
 
Anthony is great to deal with. I have never had a problem working with him, and have always received animals that were top notch. He's thrown in a freebie or two over the years for me as well!
 
Well I been trying to contact Anthony for a few weeks now about the age of the crested geckos that I bought from him. I've sent several emails but no response yet. I'm guessing he's just really busy or having email issues. They are still beautiful geckos and at a really great price but it would be nice to know the age on at least the adult. Definitely has gorgeous animals and the babies are turning out to be even better than the adult. Can't wait to see what the future brings with them.

In all seriousness, though, I'm sorry about that, but we produce roughly 5,000 geckos a year so there is just no way I can keep track of the hatch date of every one of them. They are sorted by size, not age, as that is what makes them grow the fastest. It would be impossible for us to keep track of their ages....especially on free geckos I send out. :D

Our email is working just fine - it's just me who is running on fumes lately. Sometimes the emails pile up and the ones where I simply can't help people with get pushed to the back of the line.

In the future, I would really appreciate it if you'd pick up the telephone and call me (as I'm sure you know every customer is given my personal cell phone number) before making a negative comment about me here.
 
Hello Anthony. The post was not anything bad in my honest opinion and it was not made as a bad guy or even an information post. It was never meant to be that way. I figured you were either busy or something else was going on. I have said before and will say again throughout everything you were pretty awesome and the geckos are awesome. Now that I know you don't know the ages that is totally understandable and that is all it would have took in an email to me. As a breeder point of view it may not matter about ages (although I would think even then you would want to know the life expectancy left on your breeders). For me I don't have 5000 animals of any kind and they are treated as pets. The free gecko was much appreciated as I've said before and again the animals are beautiful and up until after the purchase communication was great and you did answer all of my other questions. There was just the one that I had been asking prior to and after the purchase that I was still curious about and now that is answered too. I didn't want to call and harass you as you stated your phone is personal and should only be used for emergencies. This was definitely not an emergency. There was never any bad mojo here Anthony I'm sorry you feel there was. I've recommended you to several people already I wouldn't have done that if I felt the transaction wasn't A+.
