Interesting. I received a similar reply from your "Mike Owens" persona.
I suspected you were Ringhoff from your first post and am now even more convinced of it, with good reason given your past practices of registering bogus accounts.

To answer your question, no we do not as a general rule request IDs, but when a pattern of behavior such as yours is exhibited we do reserve the right to do so.
That being the case, if you fail to submit a copy of your ID then your account will again be banned and your posts removed as before. You have until midnight, after which time you will be subject to removal at our discretion.

I'm actually about a half step off from saying I think you are Ringhoff...maybe a quarter step. What I am saying is that I think this name is registered under a fictitious name; or, at least, a name that is not yours.
You have been asked to confirm your identity...if you opt not to do so, your posting privileges will be removed until you see fit to do what has been asked. Consider yourself lucky that Clay stepped in because, frankly, I would have removed you now (you've disregarded the request, and continued posting). That said, I'm not particularly inclined to be tolerant where this rule is concerned - if you want to last the 6 hrs until midnight, choose your words carefully.

BTW - I checked Wichita 12 online, and found nothing of the story you said made the news on that channel.

It's very obvious you're not who you say you are. If your intention here was to "warn" people, then you have done that...move on. By protesting, you make yourself look suspect, especially since you offered ZERO proof of anything. You said you would scan the fax you received, you haven't.

The person who belongs to this forum that you are trashing has been proven innocent. NOT THE SAME PERSON. So, at this moment, YOU are committing a crime. You have been told that he was not the same person, yet you continue to sully this thread with your EMPTY accusations. Unless you can offer proof and verify who you are, no one here is going to believe another word that comes out of your mouth. And I will call you Lynn until further evidence is provided to say otherwise. The reason your identity is being questioned is that is coincides with the false claims that Ringoff made against Jason that were completely unfounded. They were carried out by not only him acting as himself but also Ringoff using a false name. These attempts of deflection by Ringoff were not only preposterous and libelous they were also equally lame.

Then out of the blue here you are with your first post and all that follow, boasting the same childish attempts at tarnishing Jason's reputation that Ringoff has done by created false accounts. Also that fact that your location is the same as Ringoff, while it could just be coincidence, doesn't look good on your part. Coincidences of this nature usually turn out not to be as such in the end. But for now I'll let your location slide as a mere coincidence until further proof of your identity is provided by yourself or by someone else. It's not my biggest concern anyway although it does leave you open to be suspect with your current motives against Jason.

My biggest question to you and one that to me leaves no doubt that you are Ringoff or an accomplice of his.
What is your issue with Jason that you found it necessary to do all this research on him and are able to locate info that no one else is able to find. Did you have a bad business experience with Jason or did you just happen to come across this info by happenstance while searching craigslist in a state that you don't live in. There are hundreds of Bad Guy posts on the BOI what made you pick Jason to play Sherlock Holmes with as your introduction to Fauna? Was this your noble contribution to the community to post false allegations against someone that have already been proven false when first posted by Ringoff?

Are you starting to see a common thread hear in why your identity would be in question? If you can't, then, well I can't help you and I don't think you will be around much longer, in fact I think you have just a few hours left.

Also you might have not said arrest but you did state that Jason was charged. What was he charged with if he would not have an arrest attached to it? You can be arrested and held but not charged but usually if your charged with a crime an arrest is sure to be on file. Whether you turn your self in or are apprehended for a crime an arrest report is made. I could be wrong it's been a while since I took Criminal Justice in College but that's what I remember.

Wow. Not sure what all to say or even think of some of this crap anymore. I have to definitely set some things straight, good and bad.

1. I don't know what the heck this person is talking about when it comes to arrests or anything of the sort. I have NEVER been arrested as everyone on here knows.
2. The police report that this moron keeps referring to is probably a report that I filed for a theft that occurred at my house orchestrated by a person named Kyle Ray Huffman, also a career criminal. He stole 117 snakes from me. Can't say much more at this time due to pending criminal investigations. Will update as soon as I am able to do so.
3. There is a story on www.kwch.com. It is not about me, but it is turning that way. The story is about Kyle Huffman and he duped the news media that he was a 'good guy'. The clip is about him 'rescuing' an alligator. Look at the comments below the article. Also check out http://www.doc.ks.gov/kasper to check out Kyle Huffman. He is extra special and gets two lines.
4. There is not going to be an episode of Judge Judy aired in a few weeks that features me. Sorry to disappoint. dinghoff needs to have money paid out of his personal pocket for what he has done and is still doing.
5. My case against dinghoff is still active. I will be going to the courthouse to have the Monroe County Sheriff serve him the court summons. I will be going to the main courthouse to file contempt of court against that fool for violating the restraining order multiple times that I have against him.
6. The person that has the fake identity on here with all of this so called info is probably Kyle Huffman or dinghoff's wife or 'friend'. Them contacting me under another false name is another direct violation of the PFA. Not sure if puffman contacted dinghoff or the other way around. Maybe they can share a cell, that's jail cell, together.
7. Sadly, I do have a "charge" against me. I have been given a citation for violation of code for having snakes in Wichita. That is thanks to huffman. I don't know of any other "charges" that would be against me. huffman on the other hand, who knows? This "charge" should be dismissed. I have not broken any federal, state, or county laws by having ball pythons.
8. Of course I have ads out to sell snakes. I post some on wonderful craigslist (not so much anymore), but mainly on kingsnake. I am looking to start posting on fauna as well as a couple other sites. Every 'normal' person in the reptile community knows that many people buy, sell, trade, and produce animals. For me, it just happens to be ball pythons that I am passionate about.
9. There are no real reports against me that state anything about me have dead snakes or sick ones. That is something that huffman made up.
10. And finally, for now, how and where does this 'Lynn' have all of this information? Of course, a sizeable portion of it is made up lies, but how do they know of the specifics of the stuff that is true? Must be coward huffman or him supplying the info.

As everyone can see, there is more going on than any person should have to deal with, specially in 2011. I admit, I have ball pythons. Obviously, there are no animal abuse or neglect charges against me or convictions. Most of the snakes that huffman stole were returned that day. Would the authorities have my snakes returned to me if they suspect me of abusing and neglecting them? I am also guilty of having for sale about 60 or so snakes right now. huffman and everyone kept saying 300 snakes, 300, 300. They only took 117 because that is all they thought I had and most of them were in my baby racks. Of that group, I had about half of those that were hets, possible hets, and normals. I am keeping about 10 or so of those mixed up and the other 45 or so are being sold off as normals. I am taking huge losses right now, but I am continuing to fight through this crap. These cowards have no idea who I am. They really must have thought I would just let them do this crap to me and get away with it.

huffman also said on the news channel site that he has an attorney. Why does he need an attorney if he did nothing wrong???

Oh, so I don't get accused of holding back information on how to reach a person that I am warning people about, here is Kyle Huffman's contact info 316-990-0132. I don't have an email for him, but I have heard that he has several. I have also heard that huffman has a few different phone numbers that he like to use to mix it up.
