I am looking at Boa Masters boa's and wondering how people feel about his boa's and him?
Anyone ever had a problem with him?

I did not have a good experience with him (I will not be buying from him again). I wrote a BOI thread about my transaction with Boamaster so you can read about what happened if you want . Many people have had great experiences with him though so I don't really know what to think. :shrug01:
 
Someone sent me a link to your boi.It does seem bad on his part.
The only thing making me still think about buying the boa is its only $175 for this hypo jungle het coral albino and i love the lack of pattern.
I know if i bought her and things went bad,i'm not out alot of $ and i wont post on here in the boi! I would get chewed up.
She is on his post at KS,last page,last boa!

Mark's a good guy to deal with... I've had a few transaction's with Mark Most where at local show's But I can say he was upfront, ready to answer any questions I had, all around a decent guy...
 
I think it would be safer to buy from him at a show or something. You can check the snake out, make sure it's healthy, and talk to him in person. That way, if you decide you don't like the snake or him you can always pass and buy something from somebody else. That's the route I would take. :thumbsup:

I dont go to the shows any more.I have seen mites in the few i went too.
I think i found someone that i want to deal with for a jungle het lipstick.More then likely,i will not be buying from Mark.
 
If you look at Mark's boas, you can see the quality is subpar. His Jungles are horrible representations of the morph. He gets Peter Kahl's B-Grade or lower animals in trade for caging and does the same with other breeders.
 
Thanks funny you say! I was talking to someone on the phone today and he was stating the same thing.
I get so confused with albino and sunglow jungles.I get the jungle hets but thats it.

Yup, I would never do business with someone who has even ONE real bad guy thread. I don't live anywhere where there are regular shows. I wish I did though.

have 1 guy thats unhappy
and he think's he know's you and can write a bunch of opinions about you
whenever he wants
well alot of times it aint the breeder that screws people
its people just dealin w animals which can die ,can get sick, stuff happen to them,
and think its everyone elses fault but their's
and want someone else to make it up or face the firing squad --boi

do i ever have a problem,sure
we all can when you deal with animals.
deal with each in a respectful way and work it out.
which is what i do.

hundreds of deals and 99.9 percent happy customers
after years of business!

i'm not going to stand by and have smack talked about me for no reason.
keep bringing it up and up and up without a rebut.
people that know me ,know what i stand for.

great caging at good prices ,quality animals,and the best customer service.
At a show or online ! its the same.

and while i'm at it
jungles vary low to upper end and are priced that way
and some people (celestial exotics) doesnt what they are talkin about ?
i produced all the 2011's listed.

so why comment ?
you dont know how i run my business.
how i do things ,what quality animals i have ,and get from where or how ?

i have over 200 hundred boas in my collection for the record.

just my 2 cents
since everyone else is throwing theirs in.

Mark, the quality of Jungles can largely be seen simply by looking at them. It is actually one of best things about the morph. I am sorry if it offends you, but you do not have high quality Jungles. They are very dirty, lacking in a lot of color and do not have any stand out patterns with them. I never said you did not produce them. I said it was obvious you put two B Grade animals together and bred them for the Jungles you received.

While I largely laid a great deal of blame on Allison on the BOI post regarding the sick animal you sent her, you knowingly sent her the sick animal, even disclosed it with her. That is all on you, the breeder/seller for going bad, not the buyer.

You do not need to be so combative about everything, it only makes you look foolish or like you have something to hide. I'm allowed to offer my opinion on what I have observed from the animals you produced and I did. I am sorry, there are just better quality animals to be had elsewhere. If that bothers you enough to come on here and try to start something with me, oh well.

The quantity of animals you have mean absolutely nothing if the quality is not there behind them. Also, the number of successful transactions mean nothing when you handle the one bad one poorly. I am not saying you did, I am just stating it.

I wasn't trying to ruin his name I just wanted this person to know about my experience with Mark. I even said that MOST people have had good experiences with him. I didn't bad mouth him in anyway and I was respectful of him and his business. Obviously this was blown out of proportion again, so I apologize.

Allison, you did nothing wrong. You stated your experience, as was asked for, Mark is blowing it out of proportion due to a hurt ego or some other ridiculous nonsense.

So you can come on here and give YOUR OPINION, yet others can't? Seems to me you are making this a "bickerfest" because you didn't just stop with stating your opinion, you came back and made a post and the only info in it is your hurt feelings.

Did you ever think to ask Apreske why she felt the way she did? Maybe you could have done something to change HER OPINION of you? Seeing she(the customer) is the one that pays your bills.
