    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I went to rate a user that I recently did business with. I was surprised to find that I was diverted to another page which informed me, I do not have permission to access that page. I was wondering if I needed to be a paying member or if there was another reason? I am still learning the ropes here so thanks for any help. :D
 
You have to be a paying member to leave a trader rating, which you can become by clicking on any paid member's coins.

Or you can add a post to an existing BOI thread for that person, that's totally free and people sure appreciate it. :)
 
You can, however, leave a positive message on the Board of Inquiry without having to be a paying member. :)
