In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Thank you so much, Christie. You were an absolute dream to work with. Anyone who gets nervous with shipping (like most of us do), definitely deal with Christie. She doesn't just send you an email, she calls to let you know, seconds after delivery, that they arrived safe and sound. LOVE that! You'll be having a good gal thread of your own here shortly.

And Mr. Pecanic, you're the one that rocks.

Thank you both so much. Your kind words mean a lot to me.

I just completed a transaction with Tere and she was an absolute dream to work with. She's got to be one of THE nicest people in our reptile community, very knowledgeable, and a great communicator, too! I would suggest to anyone thinking of doing business with her to go for it. You definitley won't be disappointed.

Thanks!!

Oh, just wait until suppertime. You'll get happier, I promise...once you see how that girl EATS!

Thank you, Steve!

I had a fantastic experience in my business dealing with Tere and her husband John.
Tere was both friendly and knowledgeable, and set me straight in my cross-country travel plans, both for the snakes I already had, and my new acquisitions.
In addition to working with me and my inexperience, Tere and John provided my wife and I with something like a mini snake show, allowing us both to see firsthand what some of these beautiful morphs look like...and I know what a treat that truly is.
Folks, I'm new to this particular business, but I know a Good Guy when I've found one. Tere, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you and your family. I look forward to continuing to work with you. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.
Buy with confidence.

Regards,
Chris Pilgrim

Thank you, Chris, for such a huge compliment! It was such a joy to meet you and Heather, and be able to share with someone who's just as excited as we are about these amazing creatures. I'm so glad everyone made the trip well, and can't wait to see them again on your next trip through!

As for inexperience, we all start someplace, and it's usually through the kind hearts of those with more knowledge than ourselves that we learn (referring specifically to a few who have posted in this thread). So we were just paying forward all the help we've received over the years, and all the knowledge imparted on us.

Enjoy those beauties of yours! :D

I was going to start a new thread but I found this one. I ordered 3 ball pythons from Tere and I couldn't be more pleased with them. She represents them exactly as what they are and they are fantastic looking animals even better in person then the pictures I saw before hand. Tere has also been of much help to me when it comes to breeding and really anything I ask she responds promptly. She is an all around great person and I will definitely be continuing business with them.

Thank you so much, Brian! I'm so glad everyone's doing so well and love that you send regular updates. It's nice that we have the opportunity to continue watching them grow.

Well I just received my animals today.

I only ordered one. Yes she included a surprise. But of course informed me so I can prepare for it.

Both animals were amazing !!!

Communication: Great
Animals : Outwardly healthy
Packing: Great
Easy to work with: yes

Thank you, Ritchie! The vote of confidence means more than you know. Enjoy those angels. I can't wait to see how the lesser pairing goes! :reddevil:

I've just completed another transaction with Tere and it was even nicer than the first. It was impossible for her to improve on her already perfect customer service, but this time was better because I got TWO gorgeous animals from Tere.

Thanks for everything!!!!

It's been a little bit since this thread has been made but I've been getting rodents off and on from Tere since 2013 when I first moved to Arizona.

Tere's rodents are well cared for, well fed and free of any type of disease or parasites. The facility is always kept clean and quite impressive for the operation that it is. Anytime I walk in there all I really smell is bedding and lab blocks.

I have never purchased any ball pythons from them but their BPs and other animals are kept in just as pristine and great condition as the rodents with every meticulous detail noted and accounted for.

Tere and John are great people and I love hanging out with them anytime I need to pick up live rodents locally. They have always treated me with respectful hospitality I thoroughly enjoy.

Thanks for being awesome, guys.
