    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Please nobody deal with him. I ordered a black throat monitor for him, sent the money, he told me he shipped it and then dropped off the face of the earth. I've tried contacting him 100+ times the past week with no response. No monitor, no money back, no contact. REALLY pissed off. It's ridiculous. Never had to take someone to small claims court before but I guess there's a first time for everything! I WILL get my money back.
 
Do you have e-mails with proof that you were going to make a deal or even that he was selling a black throat. I understand your mad but there needs to be proof behind it.
 
Jacob, please post all the info you have on this guy. such as name and address along with email and phone numbers.

How did you pay him?

I have about 30 texts back and forth from him detailing the whole sale, giving contact info, money order conformation numbers, shipping address, saying he received the money orders and texts from him saying he sent it the monitor, which he never did

November 15th start texting him about monitor to 4845976836, I tell him I'm going to send money through walmart moneygram, he says western union would be better because it's close to where he works. i said that's fine. he inquires about what setup I have for it because he's concerned where it will go, i sen him pictures of the 8x8 temperature and humidity controlled room i have set up for the monitor and go over proper diet

November 16th I sent money at around 7PM, give him the conformation number. he messages me back saying they wouldn't let him pick up that night because they did have enough money in the register, and to come back in the morning

November 17th at noon says he picked up money and shipped him before he went to work at 2pm

I message back asking for tracking number and when he was supposed to come in, and he never responded. I've called approximately 50 times from three different numbers since then and sent 10+ texts and emails and haven't gotten any response.

The attached photos show the same monitor. The image in the middle was posted in the ad from happyherpin and the images on each side were posted by jdm herp in other ads. I know the middle pic is hard to see, but I blew it up to do the compare, all spots on sides and down the middle match up.

he try to trade me about a week ago and said he would pay for shipping on both but wanted me to ship first. i'm sure you can figure out what i told him.
 
Does this meet the legal standard of "wire fraud"? If so, this is a case for a district attorney. Since it is acress state lines this would be Federal (FBI). The sniveling little douche might even by following this thread in order to stay a step ahead of you. The repeating phone number is the first step for the police/DA to do their investigation. I did a quick reverse number search, but no match found.

Considering his age and the decorations, I would assume he still lives with his parents. I would send a certified letter to the address titled "homeowner" or something without a name. I would detail this transaction and leave a number for them to call you. Some good parents end up with bad kids so it may help you out.
 
WOW, I had a dealing with this guy for a Savanah monitor and a few Balls about 2 years ago. i drove 1.5 hours from my house to deliver on good faith. and you guessed it, once i actually got there he stoped text messaging me and wouldent answer the door. screwed me good. i was out of money and out of fuel. this was the instant i never delivered an animal again without full payment up front. i cant believe he is still around.

Anything that comes to my house addressed to homeowner never gets opened...
 
I have had several situations where people refused to sign for or accept a certified letter. You do not HAVE to answer the door for the postman and you do not HAVE to go to the post office and claim certified mail.

The is a job for the police, local DA, or FBI. Better get him locked up.
