    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

As far as I know she is not in my area. I tried contacting her because I do not have deposits on my geckos. it looks to me like she is trying to make money off stuff that is not hers. She offered to help me post the adds up on crags cause every time i try it has to changed 3 or 4 times before I can get the same ad to post in a different area. She has yet to return my phone call and I have an 850 number for her.

Or send a picture of your ID to an admin/moderator. I've been searching for over 4-5 hours today for any existence of an Alison Darton and there isn't anything other than a girl in London.

Can you post anything public about you that dates back further than a few months? Facebook? Myspace? Even an old bill with your name? You can't.

Aye, I concur. I'm also betting on it being the same person. what I don't understand is this Candace person is young, going through life already burning bridges, getting into trouble with the law.. all for animals that aren't even worth (value wise) the fees, reputation and penalties from doing so. I don't get it. Wouldn't you get more out of life just applying at.. even Mc Donald’s or something?

Her email is "alli.dart." Might want to try "Allison" Nick. But who misspells their own name on an email account? :rolleyes:

Yessir, tried that combo too and not much.

After reading this thread, being associated with a known criminal and accused of receiving stolen goods, I would be trying a little harder to prove I am not her rather than trying to justify accusations. :toetap05: One email of her ID. I'm sure someone would accept it.
 
Everyone calls me Alli and my name is Alison Darton email says dart instead my full name as well. should not be a big deal. As for proof of my identity i do not mind sharing with an admin but I will be blurring out other private information on it. I have access to a scanner friday. Will the admin that wants to verify please contact me

There's only one admin of this site. Can't say whether or not he'd be interested in going out of his way to be involved in this or not. But there are also the mods, also with their names in blue. They do frequently go out of their way to accept requests like this. Do they count as "admins" in your figuring?

If none of them want to do it, I'd be willing. I'm not in any position on THIS site, but I am an admin of another very large reptile site. I'll be out of town this weekend though, and my time spent on the internet will be sporadic, at best. But if no one else steps forward, I'm willing to take a look and let folks know what I see.

This site is so bazar to me it seems impossible to make people happy on here My phone has very poor picture quality but i can try to get a clear photo to [email protected] by tomorrow. If not I will scan it on Friday when Im in Atlanta

For what it's worth ...

Fins & Tails opened in the late Summer of 2010. They did not actually start stocking the store with a considerable amount of inventory (live and not) until a few months later. For a while, there reptile section consisted of BPs, a few colubrids, Tokay Geckos and maybe one or two other types of lizards.

I used to go in there quite a bit to try and work with the guy dealing with the reptiles and, to be honest, do not remember a BTS ever being in there.

After watching the reptile section continue to decline, I stepped away from it.

The location has since moved off of 15th Street to Harrison Ave. in Historic Downtown Panama City for a smaller, more manageable building with less inventory.

There are still no BTSs.

When I get back home, I can ask Robert (the guy) if he ever had BTS for sale there. He would remember.

Either way ... impossible to have had that animal for two years.
 
I don't think this has been posted and probably not much use at this point, but the link below shows Candace wrote the check on 3/24/2011. Candaces first profile on here was "candace313." The very next day after after the check was written, a member by the name of "candace313" listed a BTS for sale on PetClassifieds.com with the same city and zip. Although obvious, I think this further proves her intentions were to write a bad check and then sell the skink to make quick cash:

Let me tell ya...hang out here long enough and follow the threads as they play out on the BOI, and you'll completely understand why it's hard to please folks here. The lengths that people will go to to maintain their web of lies is astonishing. As is the tendency of those same people to get frustrated with and apply some kind of blame to the BOI when they are not successful in carrying out their deceit.

It's fascinating to watch.

I agree. Am sure that Allison is one of Candace's "alter egos". There is just too much that points to that conclusion.
