    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Sean Trotter / LST PLASTICS / LST EXOTICS

I just received this from a guy who had problems with LST exotics.

I Live in Harlem.

This is the same person who call us names, who wrote on my facebook company page and wrote here under a fake name. She published this on her facebook public profile. Probably she is not the smartest girl around. She is threating me in public, and also if she cancel the post, I have a copy and FB save in his servers every single change made on every single page. So she cannot cover what she just did.

She is threatening me and what is worst she has my home address. She cannot know I live in harlem, unless my address was given to her by someone who shipped something to my place. I don't have 1 single person in common as friend with her on FB. So you can guess who gave my home address to her.
This is scaring, I think tomorrow I have to go to the police. She is threatening me and someone (guess who???) gave her my private personal informations. i have a family.
I cannot take risks that something will happen to my family.
I will not go to the police only if the dumb girl and the guy who gave her my address call me or send me an email insuring me that no one will come at my apt. If they have problems and want talk face to face I have no fear. But don't dare , don't even think to put my family in danger. In any case, is everything saved, and will not be difficult to locate the culpables in case something will happen

So, Sean seeing as your "lawyer" ploy did not work, what is your next step? I know, threatening your customers as stated in post 41.

Sadly, he's circled the wagons on Facebook it seems, gathering some friends and associates and ranting about how in March he'll be able to guarantee 7 day manufacturing times or it's free. More hogwash from the sounds of it. Then he's apparently got a "car model" playing mob wife. lol It just gets sadder and sadder. Any semblance of hope he has of salvaging his reputation is starting to dwindle at the rate he's going. A GOOD businessman would simply FIX the situation, not run away from it. Word spreads pretty quick in this business.

There is a rule against posting anonymous third party information on the BOI. You have done it at least twice in this thread, by blocking the identification of the facebook user while showing the posts. While the content is somewhat different than the intent of the rule, you making a distinct effort to conceal someone's identity is a clear violation. Consider yourself warned.
 
Amen Richard! Word spreads REALLY quick in the reptile world. It's the same old M.O. with this guy. Promises you great service, takes your money, then doesn't deliver, lies, lies, lies, then when you complain, fake lawyers come out of the woodwork, more delays, lies, lies, lies, wrong and or shoddy products may eventually be sent...or not...and good luck getting a refund. He didn't give me one after saying he would but I have a great CC company and they did the charge back 2 weeks ago. All of this started in October! Good luck to anyone who is dumb enough or uninformed that buys from him in his March madness sale! Seven days my butt! HAHA!!!
 
There really isnt anything that can be unproven from evidence presented on Nazza side. IMO. And many previous unhappy customers and posts. Good luck Nazza....
 
I know by posting it will only make this post go on forever but after the last couple I am just amazed. We don't surround ourselves with friends as mentioned here. Nobody on this forum knows me personally and I am not the kind of person to do anything negative no matter how much bad PR we receive. I have searched the customer records and there is no Yosco in there. I don't know a Yosco from AZ and I don't appreciate the accusations made by some on this board that I made someone do something.

After the Desert Queen post (who got her money back) we decided as a company to not post anything in response about customers anymore because it opens the door for negativity on both sides. Besides no matter what a company posts here, they are never right.

Nazza, you are leaving a lot of information out of your posts. First of all you know I cannot understand you on the phone at all, so we have had to use email as the communication method. You and I have also agreed that we have had communication issues and none of your emails to me are written as well as the posts here. That being said you and I came up with a plan to make you happy. On the day that your racks were schedule to be picked up by FEDEX you called here from an unknown number 32 times in 21 minutes (as per the caller ID). Your call was answered and you started screaming at our customer service person, she told you on that call that FEDEX will be picking up that day. In 45 minutes after that call FEDEX pickup came and your racks were gone.

After the pickup and after tracking numbers were created you posted on the forum. You posted afterwards because you knew after the racks were shipped there is nothing we can do and now you can post whatever you want. You are receiving two very high quality racks for 1/2 the price and you are receiving a new thermostat to replace the one you say our rack caused to pop. You are also receiving new heat tape for the rack you have.

I have pointed out to you in several emails that you email me one thing then change your mind and email me 5 times about something else. We have bent over backwards for you and created some awesome racks for you but you choose to go to the forums and make all of these accusations. You also went to our FB page and sent the following to a lot of our members, several of which have forwarded it to me:

I am confused on why you have taken this approach after your racks were shipped on the day we agreed on. I was truly shocked and amazed after I saw this thread for the first time.

I know nothing I say here is going to matter to the readers of the thread because that is the nature of the beast with all forums, not just Fauna. We as a company are not going to bad mouth anyone or call them names or make threats. Life is too short to live like that, so if you want to say negative things about me and hurt my business then go for it. In fact I am sure this message will be quoted and picked apart by the regulars on this board. Have fun!
 
The comment about yosco certainly comes as no surprise - that post stunk of being a shill account...and it seemed odd that an attorney would have registered with the email: [email protected]. I'm not going to remove the post at this time, because it COULD have been made by a person with that name (regardless of whether that person is an attorney, as claimed).
 
It doesn't matter if this thread goes on forever and ever. You should post all of the information available so that everyone has the chance to read it and come to their own conclusion. You have that right no matter if the OP is right or not. If you are the one that is telling the truth, why wouldn't you want to post every single bit of info to show people that you are the one that is right and the OP is the one that is lying? Just makes no sense to me.

Are those the same racks shown in the pictures posted in this thread?

If so, they are far from high quality. They are saggy, gappy pieces of crap.

Regardless of the he said/she said drama, the racks shown in the pictures are not awesome. They are the very opposite of awesome. Unless those aren't the racks you shipped out, how in the hell can stand by those gapped and sagged pieces of junk?

If you are speaking of the BOI, you are simply incorrect. There are plenty of 'Good Guy' posts where buyers speak up and praise transactions that have gone well.


As well, there are a significant number of posts where a buyer posts a 'Bad Guy' post and the seller brings information showing that they were not in fact bad guys at all, and the buyer gets on 'do not do business with' lists.

If you are saying that dealing with an allegation takes work and is not just easy peasy, well, you're right. Scammers and bad guys have a whole slew of excuses as to why they aren't doing the right thing, why it's late, why it's below par, and when they are backed in a corner, they many times threaten to lawyer up to try to get the heat off.

This community is wise to the ways of the world, and to bad guys. It isn't that companies are never right, it is more that once a bad guy claim is made, and evidence brought, the company really needs to take some time, and show its side.
 
All I am saying is that the whole thing is being blown way out of proportion. We have made good on the rack and the order. I am sure Nazza is a great guy and like a lot of others have been taken advantage of, but we have been working with him to fix the issue. That is my only point. It is not like we threw our hands up and walked away. We shipped 2 more racks to him and came to an agreement. We were actively engaged in trying to make it right when the posts started.
 
I have been watching all this and I would like to throw my 2 cents worth in. I have never purchased anything from Sean but I did bump heads with him a little when I was trying to buy my wife some cages, you can see at the link below:

I have watched all the other threads since that and I have also had my name slandered by a so called model out in California who claims to be Seans best friend and I also have been threatened to have a lawyer on me right here on the BOI, just read the thread.

Now I can understand why Sean will threaten with a lawyer, he gets backed in a corner, people are ganging up on him, and he has no where else to go so he has to pull out the lawyer card. Now he claims that this model is no friend but her potty mouth and then posting links to Seans business FB page, just makes him look worse. Friends that are trying to help or stand up for you, can actually make you look bad, along with their selves. Nazzza, I wouldn't blame you a bit for contacting the police on her, I just ignored here and she went back to her play pen.

Now as far as late shipments, Sean has a new business and he hasn't got all the kinks out yet. Anybody ever starting out a business will run over some speed bumps, especially when your prices beats any other builder in the business. I have tried them all and no one can touch Sean's prices. And everybody wonders why he is so far behind, with his prices he is probably getting slammed with orders. Now Sean I seen your March Madness Guarantee and I may just submit me an order then cause with your track record so far I may just get me some free cages, a whole stack of them.

AS far as customer service, that needs a lot of improvement from what I have read on fauna, especially answering the phones, I know you are busy with all the orders but if you have to hire the people from the Jerry Lewis Telethon to answer the phones, go for it. Not answering the phone hurts your business and makes people think negatively about your business. And get a reliable shipping clerk. Sounds like someone is mixing up the orders.

Now Sean, I have bounced back and forth from fauna to your FB page. Now from everything I have heard about you being in the Army and having all them medals, why are you retreating back to your FB page, get on here and show everyone your side of it, don't back down, people took your side in the first thread I was involved in and shot me right out of the sky. So man up and show them who you really are.

Can you explain the pictures of the rack Nazza posted? The sagging shelves and gaps between shelf and tub. What happened with this rack, why was it sent out in this condition?
 
What does having medals from the Army have anything to do with this? It has nothing to do with what is going on now and if you need to brag or "medal drop" then something is wrong. I know plenty of people who have plenty of medals and don't feel the need to brag about them or add them to a conversation that has nothing to do with it at all. It's the same as sympathy fishing in my eyes.
 
And he may be swamped, but then don't guarantee a date and then make the customer wait as long as they have. Just say that it will get done (set a rough and realistic date here) and if they don't like it then they are welcome to do business elsewhere.
