    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is my MOST anticipated new baby ever...DREAMED of this moment ever since I got my first snake and saw the piebalds! Now I am so excited to be becoming an owner of one of these little beauties!! What do you all think of my brand new baby? Pics are courtesy of his breeder, who so kindly took them for me and is allowing me to post them. :)
I am trying to think of a name for him. I am considering Aiko, which means beloved.

Aiko is good, except it's a female name. ;-) Plus, I have a science fiction character I developed named Aiko who is a psycho-b**** that I would probably name a female blood python or something, lol, so I can't imagine naming a beautiful pied that. It's a good name though, don't get me wrong!
 
I have heard it used for both guys and girls. lol
I just want something SPECIAL you know? Something that says how much I LOVE this guy. :)
 
A few other names I thought of are Alexio (defender), Alphin (white), Adi (my jewel), Bayo (Blessing), Boo (Star), Calix (most beautiful), Dayo (Joy arrives), Domingo (Belongs to the lord) I just don't know!
 
Very nice pied indeed!!! I only like 3 ball python morphs. One is the bee. Two is the albino and three is the pied. It is such a beautiful snake.
 
well whatever you name him it is just always really nice when someone gets that special one they always wanted. I wish I could nail mine down to one so I could be content but there are atleast 10 new ones every year I just HAVE to make!
 
Now that I'm going to have him soon, I'll start concentrating on others I want now. :) There are alot of others I want and I see new ones I've never seen before that I decide I want too. lol
 
That's a very nice snake, I really like the white to color ratio :) I think Calix is a really neat name. Sounds like you got a good deal on him too. Did you get a het girl with him too? That's always an awesome deal, getting a male Pied get a het female free.
Piebald was my fiance's "holy grail" until I got him one from a really great local breeder. Ours turned green/orange so it made him even cooler. Every shed he turns greener. Key Lime Pied is what we call him even though I don't think it's genetic :)
 
No, I have a possible het pied girl, and bought 2 normals- the person I bought them from was told they were hets, but there was no paperwork so he gave me a good deal. Even if they're normals I'll still breed them with him and make my own hets. :) I am hoping they prove out though!

That sounds like a REALLY cool pied! I am so happy that I don't have to drool over everyone else's pieds, thinking, "will I ever have one?" I can enjoy everyone else's pieds much MUCH more now!

I have always liked unusual names for my snakes. :)
