    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So this took me all day but it was totally worth it! I have a rock cave for him to hide under, a flower pot, a water dish and the random rectangular stone is a feeding place/ warm basking spot. Hope you guys like it! :)

If you need any info or tips let me know!

how cute. he is so little and hes got so much space. what a lucky little guy. How long till youll need to upgrade?

Wow, Maggie, your baby sulcatta should be fine in that enclosure. Just remember to close the top when you're not around. :)

Well, that is a 2' X 4' enclosure.... the sides are 8 inches tall too. I think it will be several years before I need to upgrade because he is still so small... not even a year old.

Once he is BIG he will be able to raom around the yard, when that time comes I will be building him several large shade/safety spots.

Oh, and on what you said about the space thing... I heard they like to roam. Many people think they sit in one spot but my little guy does laps hahah! I wish I could get him a track uniform! :)

But I just had a leftover piece of plywood sitting around and I decided to take it to home depot and cut it! I am so glad I did though, I know my little guy will love it.

Aaannnnd, (i promise i will stop talking soon) he only goes out during the day. he comes in at night so he doesn't get his little body all frozen.

very nice...I love it...he should last at least 2 years in their...then he will need a bigger space

Nice enclosure. I want to make something similar for my box turtle but wasnt sure what type of wood would work. It needs to be good for the 3 years I'll be living here. Also, what did you do for a floor covering ?
