Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i would like to point out as well that anybody who deals with snakes would know that a snake with a severe case of RI, Mouth rot, AND a broken jaw would not willingly eat as he stated she did.
 
and you can only evaluate the situation so much seeing as all the emails are not here such as the one where i offered to return the money upon receipt of the snake AND pay for shipping.i would post longer replies but for some reason my computer is freakin out. and to tak onto my previous post my male is slender even though he eats but the female is a fatty.

i havent signed in since that till now and to be completely honest all i figured out how to find was the stuff on my main profile. im still learning how to use the site.
 
To everyone who views this. I am not here to debate on the buyers merits or mine. im not here to impress anybody. I merely want to do the same thing as the big breeders. If you have constructive criticism im open to it and always willing to learn. However the cutting me down without knowing the full story is not right regardless of who is right or wrong.

I stand corrected. I didn't think it could develop that quickly with a healthy animal. Which leads me to note April's mention of "underlying issues". Will a healthy, well cared for animal develop an RI from shipping alone, or do you guys think that there would need to be an underlying issue for the stress to trigger?

i thank you for admitting your wrong desert. I will admit i may not have been 100% right in the way i dealt with the situation and to my knowledge the animal was healthy when shipped. If there was underlying issues they were not apparent when shipped and i had no way of knowing that shipping the animal would trigger it. On that same note though i may have been wrong in the way i dealt with it but i refuse to take all the blame. at best both parties are at fault and it should not have been blown out of proportions as it has been
 
I don't know why you're trying to figure out how to use Fauna, or why you have a buddy who will sell your snakes on their site since-

I don't have the $300. I had to pay for bills. That's why I sold her in the first place. I have 47 cents to my name for the next month after bills. I had to sell my entire collection to catch up. I'm flat broke. She was not force fed. She ate willingly the day I got her and the following week. She had NO health problems the day I shipped her. The "RI" could have been from shipping. Idk where the "jaw damage" would have come from since she ate just fine on her own I never had to mess with her head. The only time was when I got her I opened her mouth with a lil flat piece of plastic to check for RI and mouth rot. She was fine when I got her. Fine when I had her an fine when I shipped her. You can write me a negative review on fauna If you like but I won't be back on there since I don't have any more snakes. But as I said. I have no money and no snakes.

I'm sure I don't understand it. It appears that you were telling the OP that you couldn't possibly refund him because you had no money and had to sell all your snakes to get money. You had no need for Fauna because you had no snakes, but yet later you told him how you weren't worried about Fauna because you had a friend who would list your snakes on his site. And now here you are, talking in the present tense like you care and are still keeping snakes.

I understand how things can change, but it looks like you told the OP one thing, yet the situation looks different than what you said.

Yep, and he's been trying out excuses on me by PM (as if I care about excuses :rofl:)...no pictures, NOTHING to show his end, but a lot of words.

The fact that the threw out to me that other bigger breeders weather negative press...didn't impress me at all.:shrug01:

I haven't had a chance to catch up, yet; so I'll keep this simple.
If the OP left out relevant emails, post them for us so we can see that your claims are true.
If, in fact, the snake WAS outwardly healthy when you shipped it, but did arrive with a problem (which, from what I've seen, is uncertain), you still failed to deliver the snake in good health. Your responses, as posted by the OP, certainly left a lot to be desired....but you're here now, and it's never too late to do the right thing. (With a little luck, after reviewing what has ben posted so far, and your responses, the right thing will not remain a mystery).
 
i do not have the emails. Upon one of his return emails i decided to quit arguing. He would not show me the proof (which he apparently had since he posted it here but wouldnt send it to my email) so i let the situation drop. At this point there is not much i can do about it except to better represent myself in future transactions. And for being such a small community there sure is alot of negative feed backs instead of ways to help. it would seem HHmoore and April are the only ones interested in understanding and helping the situation. Everyone else seems to enjoy the bash fest as if they were on FB. Yet they want to tell me about being a upstanding person and professional. As for you deb i have not mentioned a single "excuse". what i have told you has been true. You have been the main one on me about doing this and doing that then turn around play gossipy school girl. So much for professionalism. @pakinjak. I sold that snake mid month to make my car payment at the end of the month. start of the following month i ended up with a job and bought more snakes so yes. i am back in snakes after selling all i had i started fresh. Bottom line being if you dont want the snake then leave the post alone. If you do then you will get a HEALTHY snake. Black and white no corners cut. i will continue to post and sell. I fail to see how one bad review can "completely Destroy your hopes of becoming a big breeder" to quote Mr. Theodore. Nobody on here can tell me they have never had someone not be happy. In fact Deb is the one in a message who told me you cant make everyone happy. So which is it? can you or cant you???

STILL not impressed. :shrug01: The OP came and posted, he tried to present his case, and did way better than you (so far) in my opinion.

So, "Posting a link in your ad referring to this unresolved situation" is (in your mind) "Being the main one on you for doing this and doing that." You contacted me by PM first. I no longer take every "whiner" (again this is my opinion) under my wings. :rolleyes:

I am sure someone may put your story together and show you your inconsistencies...I've already rebutted your excuses (YES...EXCUSES) in PM.

Even I did lay it out emails and all I'm pretty certain I would still get called a liar. Life goes on as does my ability to breed and sell. And thanks btw I have had a pretty good day.

Are you kidding yourself here? How do you explain the normal ball in your original ad? The thin one is pic'd making star gazing movements. The other one is pic'd with 'too big' of a rodent. Holy ----! I can guarantee you problems are in them! You're done in my book right there.. BAD.. No wait! WORTHLESS GUY icon is needed.
