    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Gerard-I would just like to clarify this. I have never said I was pleased with this transaction. I have been anything BUT pleased. What I said was: "I'm happy to report I received the remainder of my refund in todays mail!" Please, if you are going to quote me at least get it correctly.

Tony-Either you just don't get it or you are refusing to admit here it but I DID ask for a refund prior to posting on the BOI. The post you are quoting from the "other" forum is also misleading unless other readers here saw those posts too. There was a timeline that transpired as these events unfolded. My posts on the "other" forum were made in an effort to get Jerry to return my calls which at that time he wasn't. I believe he stated previously that he had some phone issues that prevent him from contacting me which I was unaware of at that time. Yes I cut off communications with him only after I felt that it was a lost cause and there would never be a resolution. Only then did I post on this forum.

The quote I made was from your original post here NOT from the KS forum. Unless your initial BOI post is inaccurate, that you went public before asking for a refund remains a fact. I fail to see how referencing your original BOI complaint, which is available for all to see, was misleading on my part.

Post 21 shows that he did ask for a refund before he came to fauna all you have to do is look at the time lines on the text.
 
Jerry's Cronies

In my opinion, Jerry Kruse has done EVERYTHING wrong since the beginning of this BOI thread. Now his cronies are trying to spin the events again with lies in order to salvage any kind of reputation he has left. Gee Jerry... I don't exactly think having your cronies distort the story and keeping you atop of the BOI Buyer Beware thread helps your cause. I guess the cronies are similar to the master. :rofl:

Yes, the tone of that post was positive...most likely because Stu was relieved to see the payment; but that doesn't make him "pleased".

You can consider him pleased; just as you can be generous in what you interpret as Jerry being a good guy to Stu, or this having a good guy ending...but that doesn't mean that everybody is going to agree with you. To you, it might not matter if promised funds show up late, and with an extra delay in the form of a post dated check; to many other people, that would be a source of annoyance (not something to be pleased about).

I am very aware of PEER PRESSURE, I never said the BOI can't work, I said no Internet site is going to make a BAD GUY do anything. I'm not supposed to be talking about that here, there's another thread for talking about your site. Thanks!

Of course, isn't this all about opinions? Stu got what he deserved, he should be pretty pleased. I'm sure he wishes it was done quicker but it was not. Now he has it, what's not to be pleased about? You may not like him, I do not even know him, but he did refund him. That's all I am saying.
 
Buyer Beware- Jerry Kruse

Cronies- Keep posting to keep Jerry's name on top of the Buyer Beware BOI threads. I'm sure he appreciates it and so do I. Gosh, thanks to all these threads, I've found so many more reputable zonata breeders than Jerry Kruse. Can't imagine anyone wanting to deal with him and go through 60+ pages on the BOI to get a refund back on a deal gone bad. Boy, Jerry's BOI is a gift that keeps giving:D

You still don't get it. It's about fact not opinions. The fact is I'm not pleased at all the way this entire affair has transpired. Is that clear enough for you? Yes I'm relieved to get my money back but what I wanted in the first place was the healthy snakes that I thought I was getting.

which actually is a good thing that way folks can see what type of people would actually support jerry kruse concering this debaccal kind of a 2 or 3 for 1 deal on the BOI

He said he was "pleased", that is happy. Hey I'm not saying anything bad about Stu, he was completely right in every part of this. The coustomer usually always is, but if the point of this was to get a refund, not to get healthy snakes and he got it. That is a good ending. No need to defend the facts!
 
Sometimes people notice that many people are disputing their words, and actually pause to consider why...this is not one of those times.
