This thread is about Jerry. You could put that question to each of us, as to why we are in this thread, why the universe is here, what is the purpose of life, but .....why? It seems like an opportunity to really initiate some off topic squabbling when you ask someone to justify their presence?

this is what it is... A MESS that jerry has created and must live with forever. jerry kruse brought all this upon himself. it must really SUCK to be jerrys friend.
do you really feel jerry kruse is in anyway an ok guy after reading this whole mess??? if so please explain how and why otherwise crawl back in your hole and quit trying to make this about me or anyone other than jerry kruse.

If I have learned one thing about people (my opinion of course from many years as a police officer) is that people do not change. You are who you are. Some have good character, some dont, and never will. People will adjust the things they do so that they SEEM to be better people, but the bad character and less then stellar morals will re-surface time and time again. Actually these things will always be there, they just hide them for as long as they can. We are dealing with a repeat offender here. Always will be. Sorry to offend some, probably hard to swallow, but this is what I have come to know.

Joe, being someone I like and respect I have to disagree with you, a bit. People can learn from mistakes and by learning can change. I think people that don't learn and keep doing the same thing over and over can't change. May or may not apply here, I don't know, never dealt with Jerry. I like to make opinions with my own experience. You are someone I consider a friend and someone who I can trust. I think that because I have talked with you many times and because we like the same things. That is from experience, I just don't like how people with no experience slam someone for something they don't have a clue about.

I'm befuddled as to the confusion/argument on this thread.

If you went out to eat, got food poisoning, got refunded after threatening legal action, would you go back to that restaurant? Oh, you got your money back? So? Will you ever enjoy that food again? Would you be satisfied with that restaurant? Would you recommend your friends to go there to dine?

The drama aside, look at this from a purely business standpoint. If you break it down for any exchange of product for currency, I don't think anyone would be satisfied with their transaction.

unfortunately some TRY and sidetrack the essential message with personal attacks, its a weak attempt at discrediting this whole thread and board to justify jerrys and their own actions/posts.
sadly whats done is done and i dont think they realize they are just digging the hole deeper for jerry and themselves but then thats one of the benefits of the BOI, it reflects the truth without any BS.

I agree, it is very relevant, you have experience with the person in question. My only problem and reason for posting is the rest of the people that make me understand the things said about this site. You should be able to disagree with someone with out being attacked(online of course it wouldn't happen in real life) for having a different opinion. I can't wait to meet some of the people I have met online to see how they really are(Dung Beetle). I will talk to you later bud. This topic is getting WEAK....lol!

Davis' simple 3 step "reaction to an action" rule:

1) Adamantly and falsely claims HE is being threatened and attacked.

2) At the same time, drops to the ground in the fetal position while continuing to make the above false claims for best "drama" and attention affect.

3) Then wonders why someone would possibly react in a less than friendly manner after being personally insulted out of the clear blue sky by him.

4) Gets up from the fetal position, brushes off pants and searches for another opportunity to do it all over again.

Anyway, we both know full-well the ONLY reason you are here having fun participating in this thread is because you despise Jerry Kruse, me, Gerard and a few others here from the other forum you frequent. It is just AMAZING to see you here stirring the pot as much as you possibly can when you normally wouldn't be here if it were just about anyone else. The only horse you have in this race is so you can enjoy talking smack to people, just like on the other forum. Others here might not know this, but you, me, Gerard and several others sure as hell do.

You have a very twisted aspect of why I commented in the first place. And to Rich and the mods here, please allow me to simply address Davis' last ridiculous assumptions he has made about me endorsing how Jerry Handled this thing with Stu. This is not a pissing match continuation of any sort. I want to make this perfectly clear so everyone understands this real well. For some reason, you are assuming that just because I asked about YOUR stirring the pot again, that I was in some way supporting Jerry with all that has happened here, and I can assure you and everyone else here, I am not!. I said what I did because your continuous and redundant re-hashing (you call it re-capping) has already been done countless times already, and is growing rather old in my opinion. I mean how many more times does it have to be done?. Everyone is quite clear about what has transpired here. I seriously doubt that everyone here needs you to narrate and recap every so often.

Note that I made no personal insults. So knock it off with the Jerry support commentary.

Joe of all of Jerry's detractors here I somehow feel like you're the one I least like disagreeing with because you've demonstrated balance on the forums for as long as I've interacted with you.

I completely understand, and would often agree, with your above statement but I also feel its true that once we label someone we get what we expect. I'm not discounting anyone else's experience with Jerry. The herp community is full of large egos that clash and we tend to make judgement on people based on not only our personal experience but also by how we choose to align with others.

I've been interacting with Jerry for near 15 years. Based on forum interactions alone he's often too tied up in his opinions about herps for my taste and have even been on the receiving end of a rant over my crossing coastal locals but the guy who comes to my home and talks about career, being a father and husband and struggling for some sort of work life balance is a totally difference person. That person I don't think would try to screw Stu regardless of how he comes across on line.

Anyway thank you Joe for being one of the ones that allows expression of different opinions here without calling the motives or character of others into question.

I may have not have hovered over the thread (that life thing people so often speak of), but that didn't mean I wouldn't be checking when I came back. Buyer Beware- Jerry Kruse

I think the issue here is not everyone rehashing what was said, but every time we leave this thread, Jerry's three pets or his split personality disorder mjay would come on and try to lie/spin the facts and we have to reiterate the facts over and over again.

I assure you if he would of just paid Stu his money back and left this thread with his three pets/split personality, they'll be nothing more to talk about. Instead he comes on every once in a while lies and spins the facts, uses his alter personality, and have his three pets go off on tangents/personal attacks. But at last count we're at 50k+ viewings. In Jerry's own words, that's about 25k pertinent viewers and 25k with nuthin' to do. Oh, and I did try to personally correspond with Jerry but all I get is play ground threats from him.
