Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Missmohawk66 (Bionca Martin) is not fallowing threw on trade!!!

I won in court, i feel it is no business of yours to even brimg that up! Where is the judge? Lol. You guys are nuts! Im sorry i do apologize but its done with now! Over! And if you wanna get technical! Texts cannot be used in court. And it would be her word against mine! The judge would settle it by leaving it be! Because it was a miscommunication! Think about it!
 
Barbie, just one thought occurs to me at this point. Why on earth do you want to go through on a trade with someone who has (according to you; and I am inclined to believe it at this point) repeatedly lied on this thread. Cut your losses, keep or sell the dragon you purchased, and go about your life as it was before dealing with this person.

If a human being is this large of a pain to deal with, DON'T DO IT!!!!

On a side note, I am a notorious spelling freak on here, so I might not be the best human to broach this subject. That being said, proper spelling says a lot about a person in my eyes. It means that they pay attention to detail. They actually care about what they are doing enough to put some thought into it. If someone doesn't care enough to put the time into expressing themselves properly, how do I know they are taking the time to check temps and humidity and all the little small things that keeping a reptile truly successfully require. Does this lack of attention to detail make you confident that an animal will be packaged correctly for shipping? It does not instill that confidence in me.

Honestly I see faults on both sides. I would never go and buy an animal to sweeten a trade, adding cash to the deal can work just the same. And that would make it legit and BOI worthy if money were to be sent. On the other hand, if I didn't like a trade and the other person offering seems pushy about it (Barbie did sound as if she can be pushy from what I have read on this thread) I would just say no thanks. I have had people back out on trades all the time. Mohawk just seems to be getting ganged up on, and I honestly dont see why. She's apologized multiple times, obviously she cares enough to post on here and to try and make up for Barbie's loss when she bought that extra dragon.

I agree. They are all ganging up on Mohawk because they are best friends with barbie.
 
well this is a court of a whole different kind
dont take this lightly you are responsible for barbie acquiring a very expensive dragon and that needs to be made right
very easy way to put this if left unsettled the BOI posts are permanent and everyone researches your name the best they can before dealing with you is this really the mark you want to leave (the BOI does reach further then just on fauna) its open for everyone to view
 
Mohawk agreed to a trade....she has yet to prove she EVER backed out of that trade, but she sold the animals out from under her agreed upon trade anyway.

she has also yet to prove she showed ANY issues with the trade at all, other then paying the entire $200 to ship out all animals (which was later agreed they would split costs of shipping)

She has yet to prove there was ANY miscommunication about the trade.

She continues to repeat that she is sorry, that it was a miscommunication (which she has yet to prove) and that she has had SO MANY good deals in the past that this one issue should not matter.

None of that sounds good...or fair....I DO NOT know Barbie AT ALL, but at this point I agree she has a right to be upset.

Now as for agreeing to actually do a trade at this point...Barbie...I would cut my losses and just sell the animal I have. But this isn't my deal, so not my call.

Im pretty sure we all understand what happend. Whether it was miscommunication or not who cares she realized she was at fault which is why she is appologized and offered to trade for her bearded.
Now why dont we focus on whether or not a trade is going to be done to make this right instead of bickering about who did what because that is well understood.

My post was in response to why some people still seem confused about people "ganging up" on Mohawk. You being one of them, doing more bickering yourself than anyone else in this thread.

Anyway, Barbie...plan of action I guess is the next step
 
Being a friend of Barbie's I've sat here,playing hooky from work, I have followed this thread from its beginning. I have done business with Barbie a number of times and has had absolutely no problems...she has always been strait forward and a pleasure to work with. In saying that I agree with JCCS.....Why do business with someone that has strung you along and has continually lied. Bionca is saying that she would make good ,as far as the male dunner goes, that's fine but I personally would have a hard time trusting her at this point unless she was to pay for the dunner. You have no idea what you will get in the box.
 
Okay people can search my name thats not. A problem! I feel my animals are top notch. At great prices! :). Thats what makes people not resist the deal! Lol. I texted her pics. People can think and say what they want. If i gave a flyin saucer. I would have responsed in a nasty fashion! :) im easy to deal with i do not have to prove anything to anyone! Unless someone is purchasing an animal from me and needs proof of things. Im me, i am who i am, i do what i do. Im bending over backwards for barbie. Shes pretty pushy. And likes to rush things . I would mever ship an animal on thursday. I only ship mon-wens. Im clearing things up with her, atleast im trying to clear it up.

i do not know barbie personally we have spoke a few times here on fauna and worked on a trade that never happened but we parted as friends
as for ganging up on mohawk i said over and over again up untill now i didnt think she was a bad guy at all just misinformed
but i do feel that there has been damage done with barbie getting that dragon otherwise this wouldnt be in the BOI and were not talking $200-$300 animal were talking $1000-$1500 animal
i dont think at this point anything will be traded between these two and barbie should just sell the dragon and cut her loses
but 100% think because of what happened in this trade the bad guy post is necessary
sucks i hate to see anyone get a bad guy thread but she hasnt provided us with anything to prove the trade was never a go untill she didnt ship and that cost someone money

Clearly your mistaken Im not confused at all only questioning why everyone is truelly "bickering" about it. Either or your opinion doesnt matter to me.

Next step should be contact from mohawk to barbie about completing a trade.
 
Bionca are you going to complete any kind of trade to make this right or should Barbie cut her loss's and sell the dragon she purchased for you?
 
I honestly see more being added to this thread unless you cut your losses and sell the bearded yourself. Missmohawk66 has indicated she does not put too much stock in the BOI or a negative view of her business practices. I am in no way affiliated with Barbie, I just put myself in her shoes and I have not seen anything to indicate Missmohawk66 was not interested in the deal.

Perhaps if there were text messages or emails to indicate otherwise...
 
Im speaking woth her now! Were going to figure something out, thats my understanding! :). If she refuses any dragons i guess she will be on her own! I am trying my best to accomidate her! :)
