Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I find in interesting that SHE got me banned just from her WORD on that site. I can provide documentation as well, showing that she indeed LIED about the fact that I didn't pay her out on that. I sure as hell paid Bell County (where she and her hubby reside) who, I'm sure STILL has all documentation of the dates I paid and unlike Ashley, I can make a simple phone call and obtain those documents if needed, not that I'd ever want to be part of STR again after what they did with no proof, only by word of mouth from one NAMED PERSON, who we now see is not so trustworthy and will say anything to make herself not look guilty of anything wrong! Sorry, got off subject a bit.

A thread just opened on another forum that I would like to link here. I think it is a first class example of how to handle a suspected case of IBD or any serious disease in a collection. It also provides some new information on IBD, outlines some fantastic quarantine procedures, and provides a stark contrast to how things were handled by Ashley. There is a load of difference between the class that Cliff showed during his ordeal, and what Ashley has ever showed. I know, because I have been conversing with Cliff during his entire ordeal. He actually listened, where Ashley did not.
 
Not to mention that Ashley has yet to do any testing and if she has, she has not let anyone of us know that she has or put of even supposed OLD records from vets. I bet if someone required documentation from Cliff, he's provide it. I agree, Cliff did his research, paid out of his pocket and checked his collection not just to clear it once, but went a step farther to make sure!!! Ashley has no class, no dignity and if she did... she has lost it all now. Until she proves that she has run tests and posts results, I wouldn't trust her from Adam. I don't care if she had a breeding sized Piebald female she was going to GIVE me for free, I wouldn't take the damn thing!!! If it's as simple as running tests as Cliff did (not by any means cheap or fast as we read), then she should have done so to clear her snakes and everyone else's!

1) Melissa, you were a scam artist back then. After multiple attempts to contact you, you had made no effort to return calls, texts or emails. It wasnt until you were about to be reported that your "mom" (not your friend) texted us from your phone saying you were having issues. You were given more time and nothing came out of it. I brought the check to your bank twice to see if it would clear and they stated that it wasnt close enough to clear. However, hope you have moved onto bigger and brighter things.

2) if anyone would like confusion cleared up, let me know, I'm in quite the talkative mood.

Scam artist you say... I doubt that very much. In fact I have documentation from Bell county showing that "Bounced check" was paid in full thank you very much. Besides, it wasn't by but a few dollars that it didn't clear and if any bank gave you the amount in my account, that's illegal anyways. As soon as my health issues were taken care of, I took care of that because I felt horrible. Not that it's any of your business, but I do have many health issues and pneumonia in both lungs happened to have taken over my body at that particular moment along with a few other things i wish to not discuss on here. I have good references to all the people I purchase animals from (some on here even) and I'd appreciate you not slander my name anymore before I take you to court for just that Ryan Caspillo, so be advised and warned.

Also, back to the subject, if you're in such a chatty mood. Where are the reports showing that your previous animals are disease free? Have the tests been run? How many animals do you currently HAVE? How many of THOSE animals have been tested. These are the questions we're waiting to have answered.

1) When Bell County issues a warrant for your arrest, I would say that in and of itself is something that highly motivates people to try to make things right. Sad that it came to that considering you couldn't do it on your own :shrug01:

2) What you are referring to is libel, not slander, and it's not considered libel when you are stating facts. Once again, if a warrant for your arrest makes it so you pay the money you owe, well then, so be it! :shrug01:

3) I am not going to be posting any results of any tests (yes i found them by the way) because even though those test results show negative, that doesn't do you any good when you have ONE test result come back at a later time showing you have a snake that is considered to be a "carrier of IBD"... Yes, Ashley had a snake that was deemed a "carrier" and did not show any symptoms. Once she found this out, she got rid of it immediately, but it doesn't help the fact that this snake was her VERY FIRST snake now does it?
