Buyer1 wants refund, and puts in claim through paypal the same day she posts BOI. Then, continues with claim even after she waits for a refund. Hopefully she meant through paypal, where she had already placed a claim. If not, then that was shady. He did tell her that the bank was going to cut her a check, and she kind of lied repeatedly, made up multiple excuses, and has tried to the thread instead of stating the truth-- which if she would have, it would have gone in her favor completely. But... she has been super wishy-washy about the facts and has stretched the truth multiple times.

Good post Nicholas. Except you missed the parts where she lied. She didn't just stretch the truth she flat out lied which again makes anything else she said have a lot of doubt cast about it.

Oh, I didn't miss the lying lol... I was just trying to sugarcoat the bluntness...

List of some of those lies/stretching of the truth:

a 7 year old having 60 snakes, of which she accumulated all on one year... If she really does, someone rescue these animals!

The weather and shipping...

The 1,000 reasons for why she wanted a refund...

Amount of contact and time between contact with seller... although that is still a bit vague to me...

Not mentioning the Paypal claim while simultaneously trying to get a check from the seller...

Not mentioning the attempt to flip the snake to buyer2...

MAYBE not mentioning the issue with deserts to buyer2 if her reason for attempting to flip it was because she found out about the desert female fertility issues. However, there is no evidence to this though...

Aside from the possibility that you're trying to get banned, so you can have your excuse to ignore this trainwreck, I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. If you are auctioning/selling an animal with known issues, a GOOD seller discloses all issues. Period.
