In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

jodie ilene joel Bid on a Desert Yellow Belly Female on a facebook auction.

After speaking in length about the animal including the breeding issues with female deserts jodie text me at 8:14 am 2 weeks later to ask for a refund but, i was at work till 5:00 pm and unable to respond. So by 2:00-3:00pm that day 6 hrs later she had started a badguy thread on the boi (latter changed to info LOL) and proceeded to slander and trash me on facebook..

I agreed to the refund and while waiting for money to be transferred into paypal Jodie agreed to me giving her a refund knowing the whole time she already had a claim in for a refund with paypal. After paypal denied her claim she opened a new claim within 15min which caused the refund money that was transferred to be held by paypal again..

I finally decided to ship her the snake she bid on and won and she received it and even commented on how beautiful it is..

Here it is days later and she now has the snake and just filed a charge back on her credit card she used with paypal to still get a refund on an animal she now has in her care.

BOI information is unable to be edited....she did not change it from a BG thread to an Info thread...it was always an Info thread.

Just clarifying that while I gather my thoughts on everything else lol.

Did she just file the chargeback or has Paypal just been informed of the chargeback?
If she filed after she received that snake that is a flat out scam in my opinion.

here are the texts that she got the snake..

Lucille, Her reason for the charge back is she didnt recieve the snake... Even if it was filed before she got the snake or even if it was done when she file the initial claim with paypal she should have cancled it or resoleved it with her CC company when she did get the snake and not let it go this far.. I think she is trying to double dip!! Chances are she has flipped the snake to the guy that she set up to sell it to..

Alright I kinda get why you are doing this, but, really though? There is already a thread involving this whole issue. I'm sure she has proven her colors over there. Did you really need to start a new thread burning her?

I think the little thief deserves her own boi thread.

I think the little thief deserves her own boi thread.

Like I said, I get why he is doing it. Everybody that reads the BOI has read the other thread gauranteed. The BOI is overwhealmed with this kind of stuff in my eyes. Why was all of this evidence not posted in the other thread? I mean it was to an extent but not all of these screen shots(unless I missed them).

Until she refuses to return the snake to him, I think it's a little early to be calling her a thief. From what I can decipher of the chronically small screenshots that are provided, it appears that she amended her claim to that of an item arriving "not as described". Which is what I believe the situation amounts to.

The seller fumbled around with providing his promised refund, and subsequently decided to just send her a snake that it was clear she didn't want, due to his lack of disclosure, which can be viewed as a violation of the auction's TOS. Beautiful as she may feel that it is, it's still a genetically flawed animal. The case can easily be made that the seller's choices forced her hand. If/when she refuses to return the animal, I'll be right along with those of you on the thief bandwagon. I just think it's a bit early to apply that label.

Did anyone inform her of this thread? I would love to hear why she got snake and still let the chargeback continue. Is there a way to talk to cc company sending them proof she got the package. I would think cc company would not take this lightly.

I sent an email earlier.

I see your point, but if she was not happy and ultimately did not want the snake, why didn't she say something on receipt ?
Also, I'm still not clear (because I know little about the chargeback process) how long it would take her bank to inform Paypal if she did theoretically cancel the chargeback? I'm not saying that was done by her, I'm asking if there is possibly an information lag.

Dan the newest email for the newest claim from paypal clearly states"

"Hello Angelo Corsi,

We were recently notified that one of your buyers filed a chargeback and
asked the credit card issuer to reverse a payment made to you on Aug 2,
2012.

The buyer claims that the item wasn't received. Their credit card company needs additional information from you about this transaction."

So what her amanding her FIRST claim has to do with the newest (3rd) claim with paypal im not getting...

Angelo what is the date on charge back info from PayPal. Does it say 26th.

And what does that date signify? Is it the date Paypal received the chargeback info from the bank, the date the info was sent to Angelo by Paypal, or the date the chargeback was actually initiated?
