    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Not after and I did cancel them when she got here and I dont give a rats ass what any of you have to say about it at this point! You can speculate all you want. Your full of crap with your fraud threats because my CC company knows when I called them. and Pay pay has their records of when I clicked on the cancel button! I dont need to prove anything to any of you and your BOI thread means nothing to me with your immaturity! If anyone is posting LIES its you Angelo!
 
Didn't you say you called them to cancel? how did you click a cancel button then?

Might want to relax...posting in such a heated manner tends to be worst then calmly stating your case...if you can calmly explain your side...things will work out better... seriously...

The absolute easiest thing to do would be to send an email to Paypal asking what day the chargeback was initiated. They take about 24 hours to answer, you can post their answer to you here.

You complain that people are just "saying whatever they want to", but really, almost everything that has been said in here is a product of the PROOF that Angelo has posted. Where is your proof? He has no problem pulling up screenshots and dates, how come suddenly you can't seem to produce anything whatsoever? The fact that you have posted nothing in the way of evidence is basically an admission of guilt on your part. But that is just my opinion.
 
My CC company called him today with the proof that I did call them an cancel the claim on the 22nd as for Pay Pay my CC co did not send the chargeback claim and neither did I. I spoke with them as well this morning Their are no pending claims. I canceled both the claims on the 22nd when I recieved the snake which were both made before he sent the snake and that was due to him not sending the refund and then not sending me a tracking number. I cant prove phone calls But I know my CC company called him while I was on the phone with them to clear all this crap up!

I suggested to Angelo that he get, in writing from Paypal, a note to back up his claim that they told him the chargeback was initiated on the 23rd. Is it possible he misheard on the phone? Who knows?

But I can't really commit to believe anything you say when you lied about the reason for wanting a refund, first the weather, then the breeding issue.

When money and banks and Paypal are involved, there are always paper tracks. You for instance could have your bank write a note that there are no further charges pending.

Someone needs to show the real deal, enough of 'he said, she said'.
 
Angelo, I think you made an obvious mistake in sending her the snake. You saw her file PP complaints, one after another. I think it was easy to assume she would try something again, once she had the snake. I would not have wanted her to own any snake I produced, period.

What are you talking about? I have never even been in this website doing anything before this, so how could there be anything on me? Besides the fact that I have only dealt with a select few breeders, and they have nothing bad to say about me. All of this is Drama and I dont need it I know what happened my CC company knows what happened and thats all I care about.

This is drama of your own making.

You did not do any research on a morph you were bidding on.
you first claimed you wanted a refund based on the weather.
Then claimed misrepresentation of the morph.
then claimed your daughter was impatient for "her" new breeder.
then said hubby brought home new additions.

All this drama makes me really glad I don't deal in BP.

You have made a complete mess of this transaction all by yourself, filing claim after claim, lying and for lack of a better word, ignorant in the morph you bid on.

How can we believe your claim of when you canceled the cc file when you lied about the time frame of when you tried to contact Angelo and the "lack" of communication? Do you forget that *you* provided the proof that you are a liar?

Again what is your company name so we can avoid you when you start selling?

In the other thread Angelo claims to have disclosed the genetic issue in their only phone conversation.

I would also like to point out that almost everything Angelo has said has been proven and backed up so I am more than content with his word.

I haven't been around here long even as a lurker and I don't want to offend you Python Princess, but I've got to agree with a lot of people including Snake Queen. I'm not calling you a liar as I don't want to be combative or come off as offensive. It is however my opinion you did create this mess yourself.

First as a consumer it's everyone's responsibility to stay informed. This includes from the item we wish to purchase to the person we wish to purchase the item from. There is a difference between buyers remorse and getting "screwed". I'm not experienced by any means with reptiles but from the first time I wanted to buy one I knew enough to do a lot of research before hand. Both in their care as well as any morphs I might be interested in and that includes genetic abnormalities or defects. With the internet it's fairly easy to educate yourself rather readily in most subjects that aren't too unusual. There are numerous mentions of lethal morphs and other such defects on the web. Nerd even has a video about it. So in my opinion that was your first mistake, being uninformed.

The next mistake was posting a thread before acorsi had adequate time to respond to you properly. Perhaps he wasn't as fast at replying as you liked or where comfortable with, but it is better to err on the side of caution before making the problem public and inviting people to judge your transaction. Once you where sure what acorsi was doing as far as resolving your transaction, is when you should have decided to post something in the BOI not before. It's much like those people who post there personal problems on FB and then get mad when people offer their advice or opinions.Telling those who comment on their status to mind their business, never taking into account that they made their private business public. Now you and acorsi have negative threads associated with you in the BOI when that could easily have been avoided.

Again I mean no offence just offering my opinion on the situation and the primary mistakes I think you made and how to avoid them in the future. As far as I can tell the only proof about anything has been furnished by acorsi which is another mistake. Never make any claim that you can't back up when the opposing party can back up their side. When going into business even on a small scale reputation is important so we should tread lightly when we may do something that can damage ours by acting rashly. I don't think acorsi would have blasted you on the BOI if you hadn't done him that favor first.

As far as your reputation on here it maybe tarnished but you can alleviate it to a degree. Admit your mistakes and post screen shots or some form of proof that acorsi got his money when it finally does get resolved as well as be more careful in the future. People will often overlook such things if it's a one off rather than the rule. Just do your best in the future to stay informed and to be more careful before you post. We all make mistakes and all we can do is try to be better because of them.

Pythonprincess messaged Angelo at 8:15am and he replied at 4:58 pm. She jumped the gun always around posted proof that incriminated herself and proved she is a liar. She also tried a PayPal claim which failed so she deceitfully started another then went on to her cc company and is trying ( or was) commit fraud.

If you really look at both threads you will see where she tried everything in the book and it really was planned to make Angelo look bad and for her to get her way. Personally I don't see her reputation every bouncing back. I can see other people getting taken for a ride by her though.

A leopard can't change it's spots.
