I'm assuming you meant 90 days to get it. In which case, not quite. Based on my interpretation of the law, 90 days only applies to those who already owned exotics when the law was passed. Since that's not the case with you, I believe you'd need to get the permit first.

well im currently in Wyoming so i do not need it at present if i go back to oregon i can get it anytime an it only takes a week to get i dont think its that big of a deal at this point theres plenty of people who provide that kind of stuff whats more important is that i fix this situation permits are the least of my concern right now when im not even living in oregon unless i decide to go back i have lived there for many yrs of y Life an have spoke with department of agriculture in oregon concerning it they told me i have up to 90 days to get it i have till then but since im in wyoming i dont need it i thikn this is off topic in all honestly this suppose to be about me fixing this situation not that

Bullsnot. You were fixin' to come down on Ken as well. You came down on that poor guy in the previous bad guy thread you started. The only reason you are talking about mistakes is that you got backed into a corner. I'm all for people trying to do better, but it just doesn't ring true here.
