    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

No what it shows is that if you were considering that such a Cease and Desist order carried substantial weight you have negated it by carrying on with the same behavior adding ammunition to any counter claim his lawyer may bring.

The same could be stated for the posts made by ballbids representatives that I have found on several sites threatening legal action.

If anything, IMHO of course, those statements by individuals that state they represent ballbids has done more harm to their reputation than any critic could do.

A. bids do not cost a dollar
B. The post on scamhunter is just the same as posts here, anyone can make them, doesnt mean anything other than someone posts it
C. Shaun Sumner, I dont care if you live you ever lived in FL or on the moon. A criminal record means a criminal record, not a where you lived or live now. Many people get arrested in states they dont live in.
 
Post all arrest records for people with my name. YOu want to say it me and claim it facts then go right ahead. But my birth certificate and my tax records and everything has my middle name as something else. Even my middle name is on my drivers license. So if you want to claim it my arrest record go ahead. Like someone said, you should of stayed quiet.
