Do you guys have no life at all? Seriously...Go back and read your forums.. You guys had pretty much nothing going on but internal bickering and BS before Ballbids came in to play. Now Ballbids is all you talk about.
Ballbids already has copies of emails and messages sent directly to their customers so that is nothing new, but it is ballsy for you to publicly admit it and even publicly coordinate further interference to harm a person's business. If anyone (who actually matters) ever reads these threads they will see what your intentions are.

This whole situation is both sad and frustrating. Reading the absolute nonsense these "business men" and "professionals" spew about website/server attacks by these imaginary enemies that seem to have existed since the first day their site went live is beyond laughable.

First of all, something that has been repeated quite a few times now by those of us with even a small amount of computer knowledge(I'm an IT Specialist), this is not how attacks work! There is no method of "hacking" or "attacking" their site or server that would only cause this one specific problem of the timer part of the page to freeze just before the auction is won. It just doesn't work that way. If someone were to attack the site the whole thing would go down, plain and simple. You can't just freeze one small part of a website.

And beyond that, isn't it amazing that this only seems to happen when they wouldn't be able to pull off an insane profit on that particular auction. I may be mistaken but I believe there has been at least one auction that was completed and doing the math they made out like bandits(which of course is the whole business model). But when it comes to the auctions that have been "attacked" if the profit margin isn't some absolutely insane amount somehow it's blamed on a mysterious attacker and taken down to be re-auctioned.

For anyone that can't see beyond the bs at this point, I'm sorry, but you're just being flat out naive to believe these people and their so called "perfectly logical explanations". I know some have defended them saying "Well they still would have made a profit, even just from the bids they sold." Yes, that may be true, but obviously it wasn't enough of a profit to make it worth their while, so they "break" the auction, start it over and wait until they are going to pull in a far larger profit before they actually decide to go through with it.

By you and others continually selling breeders snakes so low, you can hurt breeders by reducing reasonable market values. Ballbids business model can not hurt the values. Just like QuiBids doesn't hurt Panasonic or Sony. Apparently you are just a business owner who incorrectly feels threatened by Ballbids and you have again shown how low down and dirty your character really is. Ballbids is all about helping the breeders (by buying their snake at a reasonable market value) and moving that snake out to make room for more projects. Also, to expand the industry by reaching new people by their specific type of marketing and business model. This is a good thing for everyone including dry good providers. But of course you and your Forensic Degree can't understand the simple sense that makes.

Funny, your stance has changed from people being 'jealous" of BallBS to now assuming we think you will hurt the market value of ball pythons? BallBS is NOT a good thing for anyone but Zach, who could not pull off breeding for himself, so he decided to take advantage of others. You've defended BallBs ONLY because you have invested it in. You are aware how unethical it is to hold penny auctions for ANY live animal. When animal activist radicals, like HSUS or PETA become aware of the disgusting ethics of a live animal penny auction and the hammer comes down yet again on an already struggling industry, Zack will crawl back into the dark corner he came from (just like his dad did after suing a poor victin for self gain). Zack will leave the people who REALLY love this hobby to deal with the repercussions that HE caused. Zack is a known liar and a hot head...his own actions has caused people to recoil from him since well before BallBS was ever introduced. That is his own fault.

No one opposed to ballbs has said anything about the price other than if the auction doesn't reach a certain price the auction conveniently freezes.

Nobody but Ballbids has said anything about affecting the price of ball pythons. One small, poorly functioning, scammy website is not going to have any kind of effect on the price of exotic ball python morphs.

What the hell did i Just read. My prices are not below market, they are right where they need to be. And im not in this for the money, If I was i would of stopped by now. Auctions i run the winner is only one that pays FULL winning price, and no one loses any money if they don't win.

As for selling you snakes for ballbids, that would of never happened EVER, even if you did start this operation right.
