Allow me to enlighten you on something Mark. Not all breeders are in it solely for the money. As a matter of fact there are many breeders with ethics( not sure if you know what that is mark but stick with me). Those ethics will keep many of these breeders from selling to an unqualified buyer. Some even have such strong ethics that they will not sell to people who are dishonest.

I personally feel that any breeder that is willing to do business with dishonest people are lacking in the ethics department and are the type we don't need in this hobby.

That being said I would like to know who your "suppliers" are and if they knowingly do business with you. My guess is you have had to resort to using unknown people as fronts to do your buying or you are buying from pet stores.

You have been a boisterous opponent of Ballbids calling it a scam from the start. I know what the degree is and it is admirable. But your postings and actions on the internet do not ad up to a person that has worked so hard to be held in the proper public esteem that you should be with that background.

Hardly, 99% of my comments about BB is in this thread. And maybe hand full on FB, I dislike Penny Auctions PERIOD. I dislike even more is how BB was started.

Disliking penny auctions is fine. Opening a thread calling a perfectly legitimate business a Fraud is not. And this is exactly how you began your opposition to ballbids.

And for those in the hobby just for the hobby that's just great.Why would you have such a problem with all those breeders that love the hobby and have decided to make a life business out of it.

How the heck am I guessing when I made a very plain and easily understood statement? I also understand the facts. I would love to actually see your "facts" though. Please post them here as we all know you have permission.

Also please answer my question. Who are your suppliers and do they know that their animals are on your scam...I mean site?

One reason is because I have done my own research. The other reason is it would appear that many people seem to be computer experts here and there on the internet. Why would you even believe them when they don't have any knowledge of the custom script or access to any of the data or server information. Sorry mike but I would stick with the guy that was checked out, paid, and built a really high quality dynamic website. That's just my opinion.

Yeah but your asking everybody else to trust one guy that claims he can program even though he keeps failing on the whole timer thingy against several who claim they can program and say he is pulling the wool over peoples eyes. I don't know Marty any more than the others but sorry for my money, MAJORITY RULES. Somebody else may disagree but I don't think so.

Your Point, That was not me that started it, but i will continue to keep posting it. If i was so against you, I would of banned your account the day It registered. So again, wheres this thread i created about BB. I dont delete threads in that section of the forum same as nothing deleted in this Section of this Forum.

Wow, you must not be able to read. Screen Shot where I as in ME said fraud anywhere. That was another Member that posted all that in the thread and started it. What dont you get about that.

And its not a Business Site, I post Links for people to join and share just Like this site does as well. Members come to post and so on like a forum is designed to do!

And yes when you went out of your way to join my forum, i knew the intent of it which is why i posted about it to see how long you would last. I ban people for breaking the rules, since you havent your not banned!

Since the most recent version of the BallBS party line states that they just have the snakes drop-shipped, and are never actually in their possession, which, coincidentally, directly contradicts their original claims of having all animals in-house, that leads to another question. Assuming that the listing's profit margin is acceptable, and the auction miraculously ends without a timely "attack" (interesting how that only seems to happen when they stand to lose money), what happens in the event that the animal arrives sick or otherwise "not as described"?

With whom do buyers, with a legitimate complaint, have recourse? Surely not PayPal, as there will be, no doubt, a valid tracking number to prove delivery. Based on the behavior that BallBS representatives have heretofore displayed, anyone with anything resembling a complaint, will likely be labeled as a "liar" or "hater" and subsequently banned. Their complaints being dismissed and deleted before others have a chance to see them.

Are potential buyers to somehow assume that, despite what has been BallBS' standard operating procedure, that BallBS will suddently acknowledge and remedy the problem? Will BallBS accept the animal back into their own possession, and issue a refund? Will they try to pass the buck back to their supplier? There are a lot of variables here, and precious little reason to trust that BallBS will do right by their customers, if/when they stand to lose money for their efforts.

But Mark, by asking people over and over to believe the timer glitch is an attack when others with more believably say otherwise is exactly the point. It is time to show proof of an attack or admit the truth. Marty can't get the site working correctly. Your word and his is simply not enough proof for me personally. Anyone else?
