Not a vanilla.
The head blushing is wrong and the belly has way too much pattern for a vanilla.
This is what a vanilla's belly looks like. Solid white with almost no side pattern.

I've had two clutches this year from a PH albino that proved out. A fair portion of the possible hets have clear bellies and a few were light colored like that. It's out of the norm, but still possibly a het albino.
