    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ok so back on June 6th 2012 I called Bobby (I had bought a normal tegu from him before and had a great experience so figured this time would be the same.) and asked about an extreme giant. He told me they would be hatching and should ship out mid July which was great because I was buying it for my husbands birthday (July 13th) I told him I would go ahead and pay in full since I had the money on hand he told me that was fine. (removed my address from this conformation email rest is the same)

There are plenty of other on tegutalk that have posted the same issues. I can post links to the topics if needed. This is really pathetic I am out $350 that Bobby knew was for my husbands birthday present. All I have got is lie after lie and NO TEGU. I really thought this would go like the last tegu deal went but clearly not. I want everyone to know what is going on and hopefully no one else will lose money. This is NOT how you handle business.

And with the BBB as well. Consider small claims court.
Bobby may have washed his hands of the reptile community, but the more complaints are filed, the more his actions may follow him in whatever he decides to do next with his life.
 
I filed a complaint with IC3 and thanks for that link I will file that right now. Me and my husband was just talking about making a trip to Florida and where we could file a small claims.

I've read all the new threads and posts about Bobby over there. It's very sad.

The thing is that site and others don't require real names to be posted and here we require ownership of statements made. Anonymous postings aren't allowed.The best thing would be have those in similar situations come here and put their name on the claims being made.

Just wanted to post on here so everyone would know that Bobby finally came through for us. He called me Sunday and said that he had been in the hospital for 3 weeks but he was home now and would be shipping our Extreme Monday, he called Monday with a tracking #. We wouldn't have received him until tomorrow but I didn't want the little guy sitting another night so I found the post office he was at and drove little over an hour and picked him up. He looks Very young like recent clutch ( i am not an expert though lol). He seems healthy and is now exploring his new home. I am very happy we got him.
 
Its awesome that he came through with a tegu for you. I just hope he still does for the many others who have deposits on or have paid in full for tegus. Just because he has come through for a couple of people does not mean he is going to make good to everyone. Bobby has dug quite a deep hole for himself and its going to take quite a bit of work to dig back out of it.
 
Yep he is now all of a sudden sending baby tegus to some people (check out thread) and some should never have been sent. The question has been raised just whose tegus is he sending you...

Good luck and maybe the tegu you get might be better than anything he could breed himself :)
