    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I've been using Reptiles Express for awhile now, and I could not be happier. The customer service I have received from Debbie is absolutely top notch.

Recently I had to ship to the effected areas of New York and was a little weary, so I contacted Debbie and she went above and beyond contacting the local FedEx hub and making sure shipping was available and a good idea. She answered all my questions in a very fast manor.

I highly recommend using Reptiles Express, you will not be sorry!

I've been a certified FedEx shipper since 2005, but only recently joined Reptiles Express because their discounts are way better than the discounts I get...
Anyway, I had my first ever problem with a FedEx hub refusing to ship my package.
Debbie took care of it within the hour and I was able to get the package out to the customer on the day we agreed upon.

Agreed! Debbie is fantastic. Been using RE for almost 3 years and have never had a problem that Debbie has not corrected within an hour or so. The customer service is excellent.
