    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hi,

I am fairly new here, and I was just wondering if there is a section for canadian reptile classifieds? I have been looking but unless I have overlooked it, I don't see one. Just thought I would check. If I overlooked it, my apologies.

Thanks!
Alicia

Hey Alicia, welcome to Fauna!

Although there seems to be a Canadian Board of Inquiry (Probably a good place to browse if you need some help finding "Good Guys". You definitely want to check reviews on potential buyers/sellers to make sure they aren't "Bad Guys") I don't believe the classifieds are sectioned by location.
If you're after an animal, but not interested in dealing with the whole importation thing, then I think your best bet might be to post a "wanted" ad in the section of whatever you're after saying in the title that you're in Canada. Vice-versa if you're selling in Canada only. Ex.-"WANTED: Breeding size female corn in Ontario" or something. :p
Otherwise a lot of people here are from the states and a few do import, check their Terms of Service on shipping and see. If you want to go that route, I suggest you do as much research as possible on how to safely and legally transport animals over the border, even if you're just a buyer, to make sure everything checks out~ :thumbsup:

Hope that helps,
Autumn
