Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This guy is really bad news. Most of you have heard a lot of stories about this guy, his crew, fiance, and his many business ventures that he starts only to close them down as soon as the heat is turned up on him. My story is no different from most other peoples. I have made it my goal to stop him. I have started a page on facebook where his victims can come together in one place and tell their story. He is guilty of internet and mail fraud as well as several other lesser charges. If you want to know the specifics of what I went through, just ask me. Here is just one of the snakes that he sent me. It was not the one I ordered and it had to be put down yesterday due to the fact that he was too small (53g) to withstand treatment for severe scale rot. 1.0 het albino

Why did you even start this thread if you're not going to give details or information unless someone "ASKS" you? Alright I'll play your game...

What happened with you, and why are you saying that he's a bad guy? What proof do you have that he is a bad guy? Did you inform him of this thread? Where are emails, texts, notes, anything that helps prove your case against him?

I know of the many bad guy threads against him, and I'm not saying that he's a good guy, just seems ODD that you don't want to give your story unless someone "Asks" you to do so... SO I've asked, now what's the story?
 
Typically making a post stating that you've setup a separate site/group to tell your story and have others chime in with theirs is met with the same response here; post it here to the BOI(preferably one of the already active threads regarding him) where it is permanent and cannot be altered and/or deleted.

Simply posting a link to some random facebook page you made to every BOI thread of his isn't going to be met with much more than "Show us your facts/proof/story here, not with a link to content posted elsewhere."

So that is exactly what I will leave you with. Post it here, not just a link to facebook, as there are many other people for years that have been banding together on this website already to take him down for good. So starting up yet another "group" isn't going to get you anywhere fast.

Sorry if that comes off as a little harsh, but if you've read the BOI rules or any of the dozen or so threads already posted here about him then you would see exactly this same advice given to everyone else that's had an issue with him.

"What happened with you" Her story was was posted on the FB page. By clicking on links provided, you can find out all the answers to your questions. No differeent than all the rest. Just plain ole screwing people out of their money. What is your story Mistyck?

And never once has a "story" posted on an external website been acceptable as proof of anything on the BOI. If someone wants to bring an issue HERE then they need to actually bring it HERE with all the details, not just a "I have a problem, here's a link, go read it elsewhere because I don't feel like giving details right now"

There is a major reason for this, because that "story" and "proof" posted on an outside site can be changed or removed at any time, where as here on the BOI it is here for good and someone can't just go back and change their story later on if caught in a lie. This is nothing new, anyone that has been around the BOI for any length of time should be used to this by now.

My name is Brandi, tyvm, Mistyck is my SN. And if she wants to come here and post a bad guy thread then she needs to post TANGIBLE PROOF on this site, not a site that can be altered and moved around. As things on this site are here for good.

My story if you want to know is that I want to see PROOF, not a Facebook page of what happened. If you don't like that, then oh well, not my problem.

links to external sites do no good on the BOI, for one, the content may be anonymous since the majority of other sites to not have 'full name rule' (and I'm sure no one ever makes a fake FB page right?), there's also the major point - what if the info from the external link is deleted at some time in the future? Then it does no one any good at all. The info should be presented here in this thread for posterity.

Did not think about the ability to change the FB information. Thanks Aleria for that info. I do think the FB page is good in addition to the proof posted here. The ability to get the word out via likes, sending notifications to entire friend lists, etc will make Mr Vigo a much more high profile individual had he only been listed here.

Jenn, you joined Fauna yesterday and made 3 posts promoting your "BoycottSteve" Facebook page. Steve (as pointed out) already has numerous Bad Guy threads right here.

While I don't disagree with you -the guy is a total liar, scammer and downright thief IMO - THIS is the place people in the herp industry come to for info, inquiries, reviews and much, much more, relative to herps (and beyond) whether hobbyist or professional.

Perhaps you didn't know about Fauna's BOI prior to yesterday when you registered and posted links to your Facebook page on the Steve Vigo threads you posted on. You certainly would have known not to deal with him had you read his tainted history here prior to dealing with him.

Please provide more details of your transaction here. Honestly, more "herp" people will read about his scams here than at your Facebook.
We don't want to click links to sites where information can be altered or deleted - we want it all right here, upfront, and with no promoting of anyone's anything.

(PS - All these Fauna chicks rule! :) )
