Yes I stand right here and say he can not tell if the snake is parisite free by looking at it. if he claims these abilities you can write hime and tell him I am questioning that. And I also am saying this is still the thinnest BP I have ever seen. Send away. Tell him I got a few of his books and I will trade him autographs.

Clearly he cannot be sure the snake is parasite free just by looking at it, much like you can't say it is not parasite free just by looking at it.

I don't know who the "we" is that you are referring to but I for one don't really care if the snake has parasites or not. There are plenty of animals, humans included, alive and well and healthy who also have parasites. I'm not saying you shouldn't treat them, but there's a big difference between a sick animal and an animal that happens to have parasites.

If you are so concerned about parasites why didn't you have your friends (because remember, this deal doesn't actually involve you in terms of money) ask for a fecal before purchasing?

Also, I don't think it's been established that a fecal wasn't done, so before implying that someone "cheaped out on the fecal," maybe we should establish that one wasn't performed.

Hey much props to Dr. Rossi. Still a few things have not changed. One... this is still the thinnest BP I have ever seen and continue to stand by that. Two... why did a top vet not do a fecal unless you told him you did not want to as any top vet will not claim to call a snake parisite free by looking at it. So you cheaping out on the fecal is not helping your case. And you have the time to follow and respond to the thread and ignore the class III request. Get a fecal done and come back.

Second, I cannot get the snake to poop on demand, although I am sure you will say you can. Dr. Rossi did not see a reason to rush a fecal and said when she goes bring it in. I'm cheaping out?! Really? I drove two hours round trip to take a healthy snake to see a vet to shut you the up. You really think I would forgo a $20 test after all this? Never mind, dumb of me, of course you do. Yet again, another painfully transparent attempt to change the context of your argument, after the fact. Until the vet's analysis was posted, you never mentioned parasites. It's just something else that you're grasping at after your initial argument was shot all to hell. You said the snake was weak, emaciated and on death's door. The vet clearly states that that's not the case, in his professional opinion. Back to that aforementioned flailing that you love so much.

The vets report should say it had a clear fecal and no evidence of a fecal is there. And your right that none of it matters anyways. Only that it was to thin and that the buyer wanted a refund. It is the thinnest I have ever seen and even with a clear fecal the refund was requested do to this. The rest is sour grapes.

I didn care to see anything from a vet thats your deal. It still does not change the fact that this is the skinniest BP I have ever seen. And I have seen many many great collections and thousands of bp belonging to the top bp names in the country and this one bp is the thinnest I have seen.

Good luck trying to flip snakes up this way again. Still no mention of your law violations.

Should have asked him if intentionally removing a snake from a warm environment would have caused it to appear the way those pictures make it look. I'd love to hear a professional opinion about that scenario. Putting the snake it harm's way just to fabricate some petty point. Above all else, that says all that needs be said about this guy.

Since this is a smear campaign that you propagated, and you're the acting mouthpiece for Triple J's part in this, naturally, I'm pointing out your motives and tactics. You only chose to bring it up after everything else you've said was disproven. Since you're choosing to cling to your parasites theory like a life raft, I'm just pointing out how willing you are to change the story as it goes, to suit your petty needs. It's really not that hard to understand. Maybe Google the big words that you can't wrap your head around?

Was not going to chime in on this but after way to many pages of drama and no obvious solution to the problem.. I figure its about time.

Seller provided a product and the buyer was not happy..money was refunded and product returned..all within a few days... Game over!!! Kudos to both parties for being able to work the situation out without intervention.

Oh wait, intervention after the settlement? Delete the BIO as all this is very unproductive!!!!

When it was clear that this supposed proof of you having a permit wasn't in your Fauna gallery, I assumed you meant it was on FB (didn't notice it there, either, by the way), so I looked there.

I clicked on the link to Mr. Looney's facebook page, and saw pictures of the ball pythons that he was tagged in. I certainly haven't seen thousands of snakes like he claims he has, but I have seen much thinner snakes than those. They look healthy to me. I've read the entire thread and have yet to see a picture of an emaciated ball python posted as evidence to support his claims.

Sorry you got mixed up with someone like this Maegan, but thank you for taking the time to make this thread.

i'm sorry to chim in again but they have no way of proving if they took they healthy male or the female? or a diffrent ball python it just says the vet saw a ball python and it was in good health ??? i got the refund we asked for it should have been handled better from both parties and we learn from our mistakes but the letter on a sticky note from a vet stating they saw a healthy bp doesnt prrove anything unless they can provide proof of which snake was taken.....
