    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

1. Vet says snake is healthy. I take her back, you pay shipping.
2. Vet says she is unhealthy. I fight you until the end because none of my snakes are sick. If she passes, I pay for every test to get done, then talk to a lawyer.
 
Rob, I agree with April. It is very big of you to take this girl back if it can be done safely.
She would be in better hands as well.
 
That sounds completely fair. Thomas, you should contact rob through email instead of on here. You should also stop with the regressing statements, like the last post you made. It will not help te situation in any way.
 
He never responded to emails even before we started fighting about this. Rob the vet said the snake is not healthy but you are going to be taking her back anyway. Thats the deal in your advertisement. You wrote you got a 30 day heath guarantee.

Your question is more or less is she good to ship for not, that I don't know and we will find out tomorrow.

Other wise your just going to be out of a snake and have a 650 dollar charge back in collections.

Thomas, it does not work like that. You send back the animal as long as it is able to be sent back. If it is unhealthy, you either care for it until it is healthy, or it dies. In this case, you will be sending either a body on ice packs, or the living snake with heat. Upon receiving the snake, rob would send you the money back, minus the the original shipping fees. Unfortunately, you may have just ruined your chance with that. If someone admitted to half the things you admitted to doing, I would not give back a full refund to be completely honest. There were way too many variables almost 20 days after the snake made it to you in good health.

The vet said to send her back and I told him I got him from someone in California.

Just going to have to wait for that letter. I will post the complete letter and also the vet bill.

That's funny, I could have swore that he showed emails between you two in his opening post. Some of which are dated before this thread started. Add another lie to your list.

You're already a liar and a rank amateur where herpetoculture is concerned. In the off chance that you do win a chargeback, and you keep the snake as well as the money, you'll then have a new adjective to describe you: thief. Man, keep on posting. The more you write, the better the seller looks.
