In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Info Thomas Dorn - aeterrabyte

No one thinks it is Robs fault. Have you read this thread? Everyone thinks it is a husbandry issue with you. The vet could've heard anything from you. As of right now you do not have documentation in your hand that it was a breeder issue. You can say the vet used to breed BPs, that does not make him the next coming of God who's word is gold.

Your making this worse for rob.

What vet looks at an animal you've had for weeks with inconclusive visitation results and blames the breeder?

I'll answer that one for you, a vet didn't say that.

Your average vet doesn't know squat about exotic animal health and even they would never make such an uninformed statement.

The foolishness of that supposed quote seems to fall in line with the rest of the statements you've made in this thread.

Thomas, let's start with the vet note stating she's healthy enough to ship. And answer/agree/disagree with these statements below:

1. Exhibit what condition?
2. The snake was NOT exibiting any condition as of Saturday 12/22 when you fed it a F/T mouse (from tongs?).
3. On Sunday 12/23 you force fed it, although it ate the day before. That's when you first noticed 'the condition'.

The only reason I have brought this here, Thomas, is that you have repeatedly accused me of having sickness in my collection. I do not. Something went wrong between Saturday and Sunday, and it's not my fault.

That is just going to delay the process and what will the outcome be? If she dies thats just more reason she had IBD. She is not doing well right now she is laying upside down. You know everything already. Your questions are so irrelevant. What does it matter? She is near death right now. What would me saying at this point change anything. Just send me your damm address so I can send it back. Do you even want it back? Sounds like you don't . I am so tired of repeating my self. Just watch the video. Thats what the vet told me. He said "why don't you make a video and send it to the breeder" I told him I already did.

Tom.. How do you plan to get the heat packs by tomorrow to ship? Surely to don't plan on using 8 hr hand warmers? Unless you have a real good place to get them, it takes 3 days for me to get them priority mail.

What part of "leave her the hell alone" hasn't been made clear? It's almost like you want that animal to die.

The snake does not have IBD. Would already been dead. So I would rule that out.

Rob has got to give his address to Paypal. Because at this point I don't even trust him. When he does that I will order from ship your reptiles. If he bullshits around like he is doing, and the snake dies. I will just go though the credit card company. If that don't work I will have to find and sue him in the state of California.

LOL. Sue him for what. Your bad husbandry skills. Threats don't go good here. And this type of reaction will make people not deal with you at all.

It would be dead, unless it didn't show up with IBD. It could have gotten it last week at Thomas's house.
It is not IBD...but if it was...It came from Thomas, not Rob.

The Snake dont have IBD(drink)....

A snake that has been though heat stroke will do as you say is happening as well go though extensive amounts of shed cycles. You caused this end of discussion,

ROB IS NOT AT FAULT!

Sue him with the letter from the vet. Thats all I need. Vets word is what matters. It's not going to go past the credit card company. They will just charge him back. The letter from the vet is all I need to do that.

aeterrabyte, I had an issue myself way back when with a Ball python arriving in not the best condition. But again It arrived this way. I too took the Ball python to a vet and I took pictures with a camera/phone and posted exactly what the vet's findings were. I had nothing to hide. Now if you have done this I am sorry for asking you to post this up. You know your receipt and the name of the vet & phone number etc etc so anyone can contact them if needed to check what I say is true.

Now I did read the first bit here.. I clearly see it is buyers remorse. I feel sorry for the seller having to go through this with you. Note for Seller.. A 30 money back is a bit overkill.. IMO. 1 week to show all is well. I mean there are always obvious exceptions to this.(this not being one).

1st off you fed the snake then the very next day you force water in it's mouth?? This is the craziest shit I have ever read. Next you'll say you assisted in it's BM?? I mean really.. This clearly shows you should not own a Ball python till you get some schooling. I have never ever ever had to do any such thing.. NEVER..

You actually scare me as a seller thinking my reptiles could end up at some persons place like yours. I have noted your name as I am sure many others will as well as a "DO NOT SELL TO" person. Does this make me sound like an :censored:?? Oh well Strong feelings with this..

This whole thing still is way crazy.. I could not even make up a story this far out.. Good luck to both of you

You and everyone else that has posted in the thread has stated that. From what I can tell, this guy can't tell his hind end from a hole the ground let alone make any sort of actual diagnosis on an animal and/or treat it for an ailment.

We have been offered no proof of any of Thomas's claims and it has become apparent that he is most likely a pathological liar.

The childish retaliation thread is one of the few that, in my opinion, should be able to be removed from BOI. Anyone can search and see a red x, not all will read 28 pages of BS to see that rob has done nothing to deserve the x next to his name. Thomas has thrown out accusations of IBD from the start which we all know, is not something to just toss around all willy nilly.

Thomas, answer me, please:

1. Exhibit what condition?
2. The snake was NOT exibiting any condition as of Saturday 12/22 when you fed it a F/T mouse (from tongs?).
3. On Sunday 12/23 you force fed it, although it ate the day before. That's when you first noticed 'the condition'.

Otherwise, I'll be glad to refund your money upon an okay from your vet and the return of the animal. If she does die, I will pay for all tests, and then may pursue you for false accusations, slander/libel, ...

Answer my questions, Thomas...let's just you and me have a conversation here.

I would definitely not sell him any live animals. forcing water just cause it looks dehydrated. And forcing the issue that it has IBD and that Rob sells sick snakes. Even if the issue is resolved, he threw out false accusations without merit and is in the wrong. Plain and simple.
