    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Since you like correcting people's spelling on the BOI, I believe you might have meant "take a peek". Both parties involved here have managed to make themselves look like 10 yr old boys on the playground. I think that Richard might have the better idea in letting this one die before it gets any worse.

Being that, like yourself, that poster provided absolutely no substantiation, it's not wholly damning. At least, not nearly as damaging as this thread will be to how your own character is perceived. As your own posts have further illustrated, baseless drive-by threads aren't anything new on the BOI. You obviously failed to take these ideas into consideration before posting your thread: the simple act of posting a thread doesn't automatically lend credence to the OP; and that most of us aren't going to take anyone's word as gospel, no matter what their trader rating happens to be.

Since no rational; sensible; or even sane person would choose to stay in your position if their supposed evidence actually existed, I'm left with two possible conclusions:
1) There's something seriously wrong with your thought-processing and decision making abilities. Which means you're worthy of being avoided.
2) You're flat-out lying about everything you've said. Which also means you're worthy of being avoided.

No matter how you slice it, your own actions in this thread have cast you in a very unfavorable light. You can try to deflect it back on me all you like. It's been nothing more than yet another move you've adopted from the Scammers' Handbook. I know, no one's yet come forward to say that you've ripped them off. However, as I've already said, every scammer has started out by making a conscious choice to wrong someone. You choose to believe that your precious (6) means everything. Sadly, that's not the case. We've all seen much more trusted people fall from much higher pedestals. If this thread is an indication that you're heading that direction, you're not even special enough to have been the first or the best. Just another one of many.

Jason. You have to realize that virtually everyone who comes on this forum, makes a bunch of bogus claims without any proof, drops their pants and makes an ass of themself like you did responds exactly this way...right?

The accused could very well be the worse person, in the world, or not. I don't know and it is immaterial.
What does matter is that it seems he did uphold his end of the bargain. Cash and trade (snakes) were sent.
Thus, this BOI thread was started with what could/would be deemed as untruths since the trade items (snakes) were sent.
To go a little further, not receiving snakes, vs. receiving D.O.A. snakes, are two far different things.

Where the problem comes in is that there was a middle man (Mat). A middleman that, it seems, must have been agreed upon at some point.
So, my take, at least at this point, is that it was this middle man who sent the snakes to the OP. It was this middle man who packaged, & shipped, the snakes incorrectly. It is this middle man who is at fault for D.O.A. snakes.
 
Apparently, Mr Muniz went back to showing his true colors (he did refer to his earlier behavior as coming out of character) - he made that nice post, apologized, and said he'd learned a lesson...then reverted to his previous demeanor, and made some threatening comments to another member (outside of this thread). Combined with his existing infractions, the three day ban he received got bumped up to a month. I'm not really feeling inclined to lift it early; so hopefully he'll give his behavior some serious consideration before he returns.

Could you convince your friend to come here to corroborate your story? Even better, to post whatever he may have that shows Jason making telling him that. Also, maybe Mat could come here and verify that it is one of the alleged DOA boas. Unfortunately, this won't do anything about that -1 in your trader rating, but it could be a small nail in Jason's coffin. It already seems pretty clear that he lied about the whole DOA scenario, but outright proof would be much better. It may be hard for some people to decide to do business with someone who sells snakes that he previously claimed were dead on arrival.
