    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry USARK/Andrew Wyatt, What's the story?

Yup, my mind is made up. I will support PIJAC and USARK because they are credible in my eyes. I will also not forget what was done by two individuals to hurt this industry. Those two are damaged.

Even a simple mistake like wrong middle initial or incorrect address like 429 bass rd instead of 492 bass rd has to be done petitioning the court. You cannot call and say "oppsie"
 
Screen captured the page, just to make it easier for everyone. This is the info that is public record...I am unsure if this is the same as what is being claimed has been changed.

Def not OUR Ken in that list. And from what im seeing it says nothing about What OUR ken is being accused of.

I prefer to believe the members of the board, all of whom have a long standing reputation in this industry. I also believe Kim Lucas, who took it upon herself to get to the truth. She is brave. Truth should be out in the open for all to see and not a lot of back pedaling and passive/aggressive challenges meant as smoke and mirrors. Everyone should remember that our representatives should adhere to certain standards of protocol in conducting business and what was done was not ethical.
 
Reading the Hep Alliance Facebook page. Unbelievable there are people supporting this. The info about what he had done is in there faces and they say it's being over blown! My God! Ken I hope you get money from this pairs great grand children.

The facebook page I linked to clearly shows Wyatt taunting Ken.

Your credibility is so low, that unless you can show the incorrect criminal record, and outline step by step what you did to fix it, no one will believe another word out of your mouth.

Even if you can provide that info, we STILL want to know why a volunteer, who was not directed by USARK to run a criminal check on Foose took it upon herself to do so. Was Ken applying to be a USARK volunteer? Were you and Wyatt ticked off at Ken for some reason? As far as we can see, you had absolutely no authority to run this check on Ken.

We have witnesses who have come forward and accused Andrew of spreading these malicious lies about Ken at Tinley. Are you calling them liars?

......and Andrew Wyatt's response is to taunt Ken? To tease him? To have your supporters tell Ken to shut up and suck it up? How do you defend those despicable Facebook comments?

The two of you look to be done in this industry........

Yep, folks, I'm sure you'd all handle it with a lot of class and an "aw shucks" attitude if it was you being called a child molester........

....and yes, Andrew the Truth IS out there: the Truth being that your handmaiden ran an authorized background check without the consent of YOU or the BOARD. The Truth also being that you then ran your mouth at Tinley to Lucas who had never heard of the aforementioned incident.

The next theory to be trotted out by the Wyatt BS Machine will be that this was a plot by Potter and Ashley to get rid of him. It won't stick Wyatt. All anybody needs to do is to read your current screed accusing PIJAC and Nevada Herpers of conspiring to compromise on giant constrictors to know just how full of crap you really are.

We got a lot of options when it comes to representation - USARK, PIJAC, GRAIN, NRAAC, etc.

If you want to give, give to one of these organizations. Do not reward this type of disgusting and low behavior.
 
I think it would be good to have a cohesive collection of facts, or at least posts, here. I see a lot of references to websites, Facebook, etc. and I'm thinking some of those places might be able to change what they have up there as far as statements and what they say today might look totally different tomorrow.
 
I'm thinking that instead of harvesting what we find, (unless it is a site that like us, verifies identity) we should make an effort to get the people themselves to come speak here, if we can. I think that in this situation where when people knew something, and what they knew, and who they shared it with, all are critical elements and it is easy for someone to evade responsibility and try to say something that isn't true and then use that as a fact. Likewise letters and so one, without verification it is easy to make up fakes.

Neither Andrew nor Erika will post here. Unless Andrew's facebook has been hijacked, he has spent the better part of the day taunting Ken with the fact that Ken's father may be the one with a criminal record.

You were asked to start an inquiry and you did Lucille. Andrew and Erika will not post here because they will get ripped to shreds.

Doesn't matter, they will cease to be on anyone's radar anytime soon.....USHA is done.

While I wish Ken the best with his lawsuit, unless he has some card up his sleeve, it's gonna end up in a he said/she said battle.
 
Andrew is a member here. I have invited him to come post. This is a more controlled environment than Facebook where people can erase posts, and where there is no moderation.
Feelings are running high and justifiably so, but we need to have as much here as possible in the way of posts in an environment where they will not possibly disappear the next day.
I do not know if he will come and post, but I think the entire reptile community knows that what is posted here isn't going to be edited, erased, or modified, and in a few years up the road in court or if something else happens, these posts will be here.
