    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry USARK/Andrew Wyatt, What's the story?

With regard to the statements you have made, I offer a brief rebuttal:
1) The government did not care about the "love" of the pets or the net "worth" of the industry as they crushed the constrictor segment. We were destroyed and the feds never broke a sweat. The fact remains, the industry is not worth much compared to others so to win is to gather popular support from ordinary citizens. Tough but possible.
2) My "love" for the hobby might work to gain favorable attitudes with citizens. Those citizens in turn might help me win my battle with an inefficient, ineffectual and ineffective government rule.
3) I never implied the industry is "dreaded", just inundated at times with "used car salesman" types.
In closing, I think USARK is now better than it has ever been. I hope they can convince more non-herp keepers to care about what we do and why we do it. It will not happen with an economics lesson. It will take communication and passion. Simple.

He is much more interested in hurting USARK and bashing Phil then he is about helping us, that's for sure. Now that his Herp Alliance scheme has ended netting him zero dollars in his pocket he is just out for revenge, any way he can get it, even if it flushes the rest of use down the drain in the process. And now that Erika Walsh, for whatever reason, has re-joined him in his holy cause, you can expect more crap to be spewed from them everyday. Most of what's being posted now is from Erika. Andrew is really too dumb and too busy worrying about his own self centered life to cook this crap up. It's sad that anyone would give any credence to anything she writes or says. She sucks as a lawyer for sure (my personal case in point). He only claim to fame is being with Andrew. She's done nothing else to contribute one thing to the Herp community, except to try to divide it, as he and she continue to do now.

Wasn't trying to try anyone's patients. Just trying to add a bit of humor in an otherwise sad and humorless thread. I do stand by the definition though. We've known each other a long time Rich. you and i, we are the good guys ya know?
