    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I apologize for Adding the "C". She never once said the Sambavas were not doing well....NEVER! Did she feed you this line? Those chameleons could have very well survived, but her heat pack was totally cold because she sealed it air tight. It had nothing to do with FedEx and Debbie at reptiles express agrees with me.

Funny April that you think Zach and I teamed up on you. You gave Zach my number and told him that I would vouch for the quality of your animals. Therefore, Zach did and found out the cold hard truth at what we were going through. There was no teaming up.

Read our texts and emails and compare the similarities. We couldn't make that up. Plus, there are other parties dealing with the same issues from you.
 
I asked April to forward the email exchanges. While starting to look over them at first glance most have already been posted not all and not full responses. I'll look over them. Need to check carefully for profanity before screenshots can be posted.

Mainly I wanted to see the emails she stated about threats on her life. She stated that she is fearful and will not be posting anymore.

Well the good news it that I would never stoop to that level on someone's life. I just want what is owed to me. All my problems could have all been avoided if April used proper business ethics.

HAHA that guy is a nut... if I were april I would not give that loon a dime. And if I was her husband I would deliver the refund personally.
 
April, another thing. I waited till my 45 days were almost up before contacting Paypal. Once that mess was over. I realized that you had zero intentions of going through with your word and refunding me. So at that point I went to fauna, notified all the chameleon forums sponsors. It was by no means immediate! I gave you the benefit of the doubt until the time limit was nearly up. So don't try to say I rushed to do this. I hesitated and had second thoughts about coming here. However, when you burned me, you gave me no choice to warn the community. Then Zach contacted me and shared the exact same experience.

I do not want to go into info provided me in phone-cons related to this thread, as it is hearsay, and likely not productive. I would hope that April takes a step back, takes inventory of what assets still remain, and then comes up with a plan to best maximize here ability to fix this. Clearly some folks will have to wait, even if things go well moving forward.

"Half a loaf is better than no loaf".

Just like old times ? Hopefully not so much. I am hopeful that this works out with time. :)

Honestly never even considered dealing with Tom until now. Never so much as emailed him, called him, never saw him at expos (I only attend west coast expos).

Certainly not a team. Although, I will admit that I felt slightly better knowing that I was not crazy for being unimaginably frustrated with the situation after talking with him - in that, knowing that I was not the only one in someone's dark corner.

April, do you recall when I spoke with you on the phone and you mentioned how much business you have done with Tom and how I could call him to vouch for you?

I think that everyone's made their point and should probably give her a lil room to breath and get everything sorted out for everyone. You don't need to agree... just my opinion here.
 
BTW, April, I posted links of this thread on your FB pages, so everyone can see your poor business practices online. It also shows what you do with our money once you receive it. Also, admit it....You have not intention of sending us refunds. If you do then my $325 better arrive in the next 3 days by a certified money order issued by the USPS. My bank will take care of getting the other half from you, as they already took it out of your account.

Serena, I am sorry, but IMO she does not have enough money to repay us all. PayPal told me her e-check sent to me through paypal bounced for insufficient funds. That alone proves she does not have the money to make this right.

I really didn't see a threat. He just said she that because of karma she belongs in a ditch. He didn't threaten to put her there.

Second, aren't you stooping to the same level by wanting her husband to deliver the refund. What is he going to do when he gets there, because he certainly will not have the money to pay Zach. Her husband is more than welcome to deliver my refund, If he really wants to pay what I am owed.

That's why I said I agree with Jim, but I'm sure she must have to means to at least start to fix some of it. I mean, I'd like my refund sooner rather than later, but also later rather than never. lol

Hey Serena,

Trust that I understand the frustration of all involved. Folks are out of large amounts of hard-earned money. Meanwhile, April did ship real animals, albeit perhaps a bit hastily, in the hope of at least meeting partial expectations, only to have them arrive DOA, or fall well short of her guarantee.

If this is to be resolved in the affirmative, it will take some time. I would hope that April takes a realistic inventory of the situation as it currently exists, and then comes up with a pragmatic appraisal of what she can do, say over the next 6 months, and then pursues those remedies.

Meanwhile, you should have a critter on your chilly doorstep around 10 AM tomorrow.:)

You don't see a threat? Would you want someone to talk to your wife like that? I mean if you actually could find a lady to put up with your nutball self. I think you should go after FedEx for the dead babies and consider your self lucky to get 5 healthy amilobes at a deeply discounted rate.
