I ship a very small number of animals. However, I am confident in how I do. In the very few times I have had issues shipping, I have never asked for photo documentation. This is due to the same reasons, I am confident enough of my shipping methods, that I would believe they are telling the truth as well.

Although, requesting a photo is certainly not unreasonable, and is what I would expect of a small less experienced seller/shipper (or a very large company dealing with a high volume of sales).

Kudos to you. That is the mindset to strive for, and then in which to dwell. I think our advice to April has been consistent with such. To improve her methods so that she is not shipping high-risk. Its a win-win for all.

Oh and this dead cham is supposed to be a 4 - 8 week old. IME, this is more like 1 or 2 days out of the egg. No wonder it didn't make shipping.

Shes not giving you money back with paypal as she is making sure the money has been transferred out of her account. Why else would she not just refund via paypal and make you guys wait for checks and transfers. Shes stalling to get everything sold and money in hand.

Yep, exactly. Now she is threatening Zach with a lawyer. Saying he is slandering her name. This is so typical of a scammer. They are always pretending to be the victim. I guess that helps her to justify taking money from hard working people and putting harmless animals lives at risk.

Keep your eyes out for this seller. She has deleted all her facebook accounts and web pages. She is likely creating a new identity.

The website was already down when it was first posted, and she might be blocking you on FB so nothing shows up.

Oh positively she would block me. I made sure to post a link to this thread on all her FB pages. That is what you get when you rip people off and leave your FB account open to the public. However, I have had her accounts monitored by many IPs. Plus, her web pages are now gone.

Shes Running and erasing her tracks. Shes deleted her Facebook, as well as disabled user comments on her page due to a link posted here. Should be a way to reactivate that MODS and lock it so she can never hide it.

You raise a good point. It's too bad the MODS don't have that capability. I still think it's funny how she tried so hard to push her $2,000.00 English Bulldogs on me. She wanted $500 deposit through paypal and the rest through paypal when she booked the flight. Hopefully, she is still using her phone # and people have the sense to Google it before sending her money. Paypal no longer helps the seller with animal purchases, so your money will be long gone.

Thats because you are a mod, and they cant block or hide anything from you. But for us users its not there.

There is an option for only enabling VMs for Contacts and Mods. My guess would be that she clicked that box.
If the option is straight up disabled, there's nothing for us to see.

Now that I think about it, I'm not sure if we would see VMs left prior to the feature being disabled.
I can say that, while we can view deleted messages, they are listed as deleted & we have to intentionally access them.

Disabling the VM option, after messages are posted, leaves the existing messages visible to the moderation team. I realized that my initial guess about using the Contacts Only option couldn't have been the explanation after I reviewed the dates and names.

When i looked one day her visitors messages had a link to this thread, and today she disabled VM and now anyone looking at her wont be directed to this page.

Just there was a Option for Mod/Admins to go in and Lock VM enabled for this situations

Exactly! What kind of lawyer, a Bankruptcy Lawyer? Did you notice she said in her email " I'd have my lawyer do so, which is still the plan"? Her plan was also to refund us our money nearly 45 days ago, but they clearly didn't happen.

In her text message, she told me she could careless if I posted here? She said she was done with fauna and she was selling her business.

That lawyer is going to realize he is dealing with an internet scamming low life, who rips off hard working people and college kids trying to earn a living. I guess when he gets involved, he will be negotiating a pay back arrangement?

Don't ever wait for this "Lawyer" to contact you.
I would be instantly asking her to provide the Lawyers information so that you can contact him and allow her to have some "peace"

But the sad truth will be that there wont be any Lawyer and this will continue the way it has.
