In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy The Exotic Egg

Wow that photo is tiny, my bad. Not great with screen shots. Anyways, another 50 just came in. Waiting on 52, maybe PayPal is slow tonight....

While Kim should issue a full refund immediately, its not too difficult to see why she became flustered with the buyer. I almost chalked the buyers inmature behavior up to being a youngster, especially after reading about having their mom call, however this doesn't seem to be the case since a full time job was mentioned.

I actually had the same thought, until I read about the full time job.

Maybe the buyer should let her mother handle her business transactions? Since it seems as though she is the one that fights the battles, if need be. Maybe in the future if someone more mature handled her transactions these types of things wouldn't happen. Something to ponder on...

The same can be said for you friend, maturity wise. Having a fit and holding someones money hostage does not come off well for her

Much worse than her buyer coming off slightly annoying ~.^ Which is based on opinion, and not the LAW, of course =)

and yes....threatening someone CAN be ageinst the law

but that is between the seller and some random lady who got involved....the OP did nothing when it comes to that....other than tell her mom what was going on. She cannot beheld responsible for the actions her mother took.

My mom pays the lawyer, not me. She called to discuss legal action. That's how things work.

Any proof of the threats? The only ones that I seen posted on here were "I know where you live" and "you will regret it" that's not going to hold up as threatening physical harm, it could mean several other things.

Sounds like someone spent the money before the deal was done. The money should stay in your paypal account until after delviery and the buyer is happy.

The threat was the lawyer, lol. That's what's scary when you're breaking the law. She said those things but didn't threaten physical harm. She was just incredibly pissed by Kim even trying to defend herself, and telling her what her daughter needs to do, especially after she read through our messages.

Yea the delay until the 10th could be the money not being in her account or just PayPal protocol, but either way, as long as it's in my PayPal it is mine, although I cannot access it immediately. But I don't want to be petty so that's not a concern.

yep laterob--------
almostheavenherps---------- the late pay back is paypal, not from your original seller-----------------------refunds tends to take awhile.------------

With Your Bank account attached, should be 0 Delay.

When theres no money in paypal, or i buy something that is over what i have in paypal, my bank is backup funding, and paypal fronts the money.

Ive paid having 0% money in PayPal, then paypal fronts the cash to the seller, then week later its taken out of my bank.

Only way theres a delay is if her bank isnt setup for backup funding

Only way to make a delay on purpose is Echeck. Otherwise, having bank attached should of went right away like it does for me.

When i send money when nothing is in the account online or by the debit paypal card, it dont come out of my bank for up to 5 days. BUT paypal fronts the cash right away

I believe if no bank account is set up, a negative balance will end up on her account and the account will be locked until that debt is collected.

I think you are SOL getting the money from Paypal until they collect that debt, but I could be wrong.
