In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

And can you name or otherwise elaborate on the several sources who told you your dragon had a genetic defect? I am wondering how they would presume to know.
I think one enterprise is Malestrom Reptile Ranch and his FJ page is Malestrom Reptile Rescue (?). Either way, trying to do both seems kinda like trying to appraise the value of something and then buy it...hard not to think there is shakiness going on there without 3rd party verification.

You can open it in MS Paint (which is default installed on your computer), and just use a white or black paintbrush to scribble it out. Then save it and post the edited version here. If you only have your phone to take pictures with, then just use it to email the pictures to yourself, and open them on the computer to edit them.

Wow. The longer I read this the sketchier the accusers become.... all of them. This looks Luke a bit of extortion to me.
I am having a hard time believing the dead dragon is one and the same as the shipped dragon. People keep harping about poorly packaged shipment but it looks pretty darn good to me. Nor will we go into how uneducated this "vet" seems to be.
Mike gave a deadline as to when he could fix it but the sharks just don't want to wait.
Denis you look really slimy and foolish with your evidence. All we see is you "capping" him. We have no evidence of him saying anything offensive or threatening to you. When you go to sell that rescue you bought I truly hope you stand by your word that a rescue leopard is never worth more than $50.

As for what people think he should be selling his rescues for who bloody cares? If he is putting it back into the animals then so be it. We all know rescues are bloody expensive.

My sentiments from the beginning.
I had decided to refund a specified amount of the total minus shipping.
I didnt speak on it as I was waiting to see how this went, I had a feeling it was going to be monotenous and mudslinging.
The ONLY thing that changed my mind about paying back anything are the posts i see going up on Craigs list and all the pressure here despite the fact that I gave a date, just because people want to pressure me and aclal me a sleezebag because I wont bow to thier whim only proves I am a man of resolve.
If I agree to take care of something, I DO! If you throw mud in my face, spit on me and take a dump in my path along the way before restitution has been made, dont expect me to be sympathetic at all.
If I chose to withold every dime I am fully within reasonable right by the bs ive endured here and fj.
I refuse to reward an assault on my character, I dont make deals with terrorists and ive been threatened physically, legally, and on hoobly and on this forum my character has been assaulted over and over.
Bottom line, my legal requirement was met, live delivery.
Who knows how the tail got 'pinched' 'broke' etc??
The entire issue would have ended on may 5th 6th or 7th with a refund either partially or in full as I have ALWAYS DONE IN SUCH CASES.
However as stated, I dont reward people for assaulting me or my character prematurely.
If no refund is issued it is because you hung yourself by attacking me.
The same character I claim to carry that handles these matters in a way that sometimes costs me,
includes the times im assaulted verbally or my character is publicly assasinated, by my discretion alone and there has been no backing off to wait to see what ill do or any graciousness to allow me to work it out in my own head before taking action (which for the 10th time) I gave a date on.
This is a pressure cooker and I dont respond to pressure, I do respond to patience, ive seen none.
I am starting to feel extorted and I dont like it.
As far as being a rescue, I made it clear I am no longer engageing in any such activity but steer it to others who can have the annoying gangs of haters follow them for whatever reason.
I may have said at one point given the opportunity to buy a clutch and make a profit I would, thats the American way, its called retailing not 'flippping'
That was never the mass venue of what I did. In fact most animals ive purchased were singles and I still have them to this day as my own pets.

Im tired of the harrasment, extortion and relentless persuit to ruin my name.
If I were going to remain as a rescue or breeder I might care what is said of me by the BOI or anyone else
I am moved to have this wiped from my memory as a nightmare and just be happy with my few pets that I keep.
I have enough on my plate thank you.
The staff here is excellent in its persuit of truth and evidence, ive followed on other BOIS I was a part of, Thank you all

Listen man I get it but I think you have a prime opportunity to prove them wrong. Take the opportunity and run with it. Make them look foolish and petty. Take the control and make it apparent the type of people they are.

Actually, I think it makes him sound like a total drama queen that clearly thinks of himself in the most grandiose terms possible. Now that public opinion has swayed in his favor, he's using it as the excuse that he's clearly been looking for.
That CL post was made shortly before this thread was posted. If you're not going to use this very thread's existence to rationalize backing out of your promise, it makes little sense to cite that CL listing as your justification. Not real big on noticing the details, eh? I guess that's how a tail could get stuck in the lid (which the blown up pictures do appear to depict). This may be an unpopular sentiment, but this "poor me", crybaby routine is getting a bit old. A certain amount of righteous indignation is to be expected, but I think you're overplaying the martyr role. Pick a course of action and stick with it. You seem to be doing anything possible to talk yourself out of what you promised to do. If you don't want to give a refund, don't. Just please stop whining and referencing your illness and various tribulations that the "terrorists" are laying on you. We've all got problems. Most of us simply choose to get by without feeling the need to throw them in everyone's face every chance we get. Put simply: Get over yourself.
